Notes on accommodation
On the ground floor is the spacious open-plan lounge; kitchen and dining area, each have patio doors leading onto the terrace. The doors from the kitchen lead directly to a large pergola covered in Bougainvillea, providing welcome shade whilst you dine al-fresco. The air-conditioned lounge is inviting, with large comfy sofas, a wonderful open fireplace & stunning views. The kitchen is modern & very well equipped, (see facilities below for details) with a large dining table & chairs.
Conveniently located on the ground floor is a WC.
On the first floor are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, both decorated in a similar style, but with their own individuality. Cooling white walls and hand made curtains, matching covers and beautiful Turkish cushions make these bedrooms feel special. They also have large wardrobes with plenty of storage and a dressing table, stool and mirror. These bedrooms each have a large en-suite bathroom. These bedrooms also have large balconies with lovely views.

Outside
Outside living is enviable at this villa. The flower-covered pergola provides a cooling & beautiful place to eat and the large wooden table & chairs easily accommodate six people. Relax & admire the magnificent views, or if you get a burst of energy - how about completing a few laps in your own private pool? The parasols even have wheelie stands to make even the small task of moving them easy. There is also a BBQ if you fancy trying your hand at al fresco cooking. Beautiful deep pink and red Bougainvillea climb up to the balconies and dotted around the terrace are terracotta pots overflowing with pretty colourful flowers. The views from the roof terrace are breathtaking and together with the wrought-iron sofas (with comfy mattresses) and marble table this makes for the ultimate night time viewpoint to be mesmerised by the twinkling lights of Kalkan.

Complimentary hamper on arrival. Complimentary telephone for local calls. Safe. English speaking manager 24/7. Outide shower. Decorative wrought iron window and door bars with meshing (to keep the insects out). These doors can be locked for security and they still allow a cool breeze to come through the house keeping it cool but secure - excellent for keeping cool! We can arrange for a chef to cook for you for approximately £11 per person - ask for details. Arrival meal - a meal delivered to your villa awaiting your arrival. Details on request. Picnic boxes - picnic food delivered to your villa for a day out. Details on request. Details of local information and tours at the house. This house is excellent for children (we have a 4 year old). Highchair. Booster seat for an older child (toddler age).Stairgate. Cot. Buggy.Tuperware for packing kids snacks. Ice lolly moulds, plastic glasses, childrens DVDs and music. Toys and games. Trike. Children’s patio chairs. Buckets and spades for the beach. The pool can be fenced leaving a safe, shady area under the pergola. The kitchen area also leads to the pergola so you could be in the kitchen or living room and know that the inside and outside areas are safe. The fence is easily removed (by adults). Adults can also be in the sunny area whilst children are in the shade. Guests have the use of the Samira hotel situated 5 mins walk from the villa. It offers a large swimming pool, childrens pool and a children’s area including pool table etc. There is also a bar and restaurant situated in the pool area.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the villa price is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable eight weeks before departure. A £150 breakage deposit is payable with final balance and returned within two weeks of departure from villa. Smoking inside the villa is not permitted.
