Charming new villa located on the very tip of the Kas Peninsula in southern Turkey - probably the most beautiful location on the Turkish Mediterranean coast. Villa Minori has stunning views of the ocean and the mountains, a gated swimming pool, spacious outside living area and is 5 minutes walk from the sea. Inside the villa is very light and modern with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open living area with cottage style cedar beamed ceiling, a gourmet fitted kitchen, a movie room and is fully air-conditioned.

For periods exceeding 3 weeks discounts are available. There is a non returnable deposit of £100 payable to secure booking, with the balance payable 4 weeks before date of departure. Please note that all prices quoted are based on a maximum party size of 6 people.

| Bedrooms: | There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. All are light and airy with fitted mirrored wardrobes, travertine dressing tables, multiple power points, are fully air-conditioned and have views of the sea and the mountains. |
| Bathrooms: | There are 3 modern bathrooms, fully tiled with chrome and glass showers, European standard WCs and chrome and ceramic washbasins in mahogany stained cabinets. The master bathroom has a double 'honeymoon' shower. |
| Kitchen: | The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic halogen hob, a combined microwave, grill and oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge and freezer, toaster, juicer, etc, a full range of utensils and cookware and glass doors to the terrace dining area. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has a washing machine, condensing tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, water heater, back-up water tank and pump, a large storage area and a 12 metre fishing rod with reel and tackle. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area has leather and chrome sofas, travertine seating around the fireplace, LCD TV with CD/DVD player and surround sound, a modern oak dining table to seat 6–8 with a matching oak desk, air-conditioning and 2 sets of glass doors to the terrace. |
| Other: | The terrace living area has a wrought iron sofa and twin arm chairs, marble coffee and occasional tables and a marble dining table with seating for 6. The movie room has Ottoman style seating, LCD projection, surround sound and air-conditioning. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are provided and these are changed once a week. The villa is cleaned once a week and the pool every day. |

Accessibility
The villa’s shaded parking is at the main peninsula road level - so no steep hills! There are stone steps down to the villa so it would not be suitable for people with severe mobility problems. My 84 year old mother manages them easily!
Outside
The swimming pool is approximately 45 square metres and 1.9 metres at the deep end. Access to the pool area is gated from the terrace and the ground floor balcony making it safer for children. There is a large shaded outside living area (described above) and the villa is surrounded by newly planted terraced gardens. Irfan, the gardener, looks after the pool and pool area every day.
Coast/Beach
The villa is approx. 80 metres from the sea and has its own beach platform, with a ladder for sea swimming. There are more swimming platforms and beach bars in Kas and the pool facilities of the Aquapark hotel are only 3 minutes walk away. Patara beach, the longest sandy beach in Europe, is about 40 minutes away and Kaputas beach, which appears in all the holiday brochures, is about 20 minutes away. In addition the many boats in Kas harbour go to locations all along the turquoise coast.
Travel
Kas is 150km (2.5 hours) from Dalaman International airport and 190 km (3 hours) from Antalya International airport. Airport transfers can easily be arranged.
Distances
The villa is only a 5 min drive from Kas town, with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and sea bathing platforms. There is an hourly dolmus bus service and plenty of taxis. Kalkan is 25 minutes and the mountain villages are 30 minutes away.
