Standing at the top of the village on a quiet and peaceful road with good views over the valley. It is perfect for families with children and equally couples who will enjoy the pool which is never busy as you only share with 3 other apartments. There is a large balcony along the front and side of the apartment. Very close to the centre of Hisaronu.

Master bedroom is furnished to a high quality with double bed, large wardrobe, chest of 3 drawers and 2 side cabinets, access to side balcony.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, wardrobe and 2 side cabinets-access to balcony. |
| Bathrooms: |
The bathroom is bright and has a large shower, WC and hand basin with floor to ceiling tiles. There is ample space around the sink area for toiletry storage as there are basin cupboards and a large mirror is above the sink. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen area has marble work surfaces over white units and is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is crockery and cutlery for 6 together with cooking utensils, glasses and bowls. |
| Living Rooms: |
The lounge area faces the front of the property. 3 seater sofa bed and a further 2 seater sofa. There is a TV with DVD and CD player. Large door opens onto the front balcony with beautiful views of the pool and valley. |
| Other: |
The dining area has a cane table with chairs that can be easily moved to the outside to enjoy al fresco dining. There is a further door to access the side of the balcony from the kitchen/dining area. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels (not beach towels) and crisp cotton linen is supplied and are changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned on arrival and departure ( and mid week during a 2 week stay) Extra cleaning and a towel change can be arranged for a small charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Electric heaters and extra bedding are available for winter lets.

Accessibility
Car not necessary and the apartment is wheelchair friendly but the apartment has not been adapted for wheelchair use inside.
Outside
The pool is shared with 3 other apartments and is beautifully maintained throughout the season 1st May to 31st October. The gardens are maintained throughout the year.The 4 Ferdi apartments surround a private pool. There are sunbeds for use around the pool area and the gardens are beautifully maintained.
There is ample room for a hire car to be parked outside the apartments and the pool is constantly maintained from 1st may to 31st October.
Coast/Beach
The stunning beach of Olu Deniz is 10 mins away in either a car or the local dolmus. This location is one of the most beautiful beaches in Turkey and the most photographed. Fethiye is a bustling town with a lively marina and beach and is 10 mins drive in the opposite direction. Both provide a different view of the coastline and ambience of the real Turkey.
Travel
Fly to Dalaman airport. Ferdi apartment is approx 50 min away. Airport transfers will be arranged at a cost of £80 for parties of up to 4 people and £110 for parties of 5/6. Apartment keys will be available from our driver at the airport when you arrive. Our agent will visit you on your first day to make sure you have settled in to the apartment and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. They will also collect the airport transfer fee in £ sterling.
Distances
Hisaronu town centre is 5 mins walk from the apartment with an abundance of restaurants and shops which acter for all tastes. Fethiye is the main market toen set on a beautiful harbour. This is 10 mins drive away and the local dolmus' run along the mian road which is very close to the apartment (approx) 3 minute walk and these will quickly take you to either Olu Deniz or Fethiye for jsut a few pence.
Further details
There are many local shops and supermarkets to buy food and essentials for your holiday and there is so much to do in and around the area - there is something for everybody. There are many historical sites and activities such as paragliding, white water rafting, jeep safaris horse riding and much more. Cruises around the wonderful coastline are a must as they offer great value for money as well as being a great day out.
Booking notes
£50 non refundable deposit per week is required to secure a booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. Prices are in £ per week for parties of up to 4 persons. Extra persons charged at £20 per person per week. Cancellations made 2-8 weeks before departure 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before departure no refund. £200 refundable deposit is required before departure to cover possible breakages/damages to the apartment.
