This is a stunning villa with 5 bedrooms, pool, garden and private parking. Within easy reach are the many first-class golf courses (one opposite), and the beautiful sandy beaches with several well priced bars and restaurants all of a very high standard. There are local village markets almost daily. There are many places of interest within comfortable driving distance; amongst these are Perge Ruins, the Zeytintasi Caves, the Kursunlu Waterfalls, the 2000 year old Aspendos Theatre and so many more. The villa is also close to an Aqua Park and, not far away, white-water rafting. Between December and April it is possible to snow ski in the morning and enjoy the sun on the beach in the afternoon. The villa has a TV with DVD player and a music centre. The pool is maintained on a daily basis, and the gardener calls 3 times per week. Maid service can be arranged, if required, and paid for by the renter locally. The pool has a depth of 6 feet; therefore unsuitable for young children.

All bedrooms have twin beds.
First floor has 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite and verandah looking towards the golf course).
Second floor has 2 bedrooms (one very large with huge verandah looking towards golf course), shutters/mosquite screens. |

1st floor en suite has power shower with radio and fans. Also on 1st floor very large bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, also washing machine.
2nd floor large wet room with power shower.

The kitchen has handmade cabinets in light wood and black granite worktops. There is an oven, hob with gas and electric, extractor fan, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a door to verandah. |

The sitting room is large with sliding doors to terrace, pool and garden. The suite is leather and fabric in brown and beige. There is an open working fireplace. The dining area has a large lightwood table and chairs. Lit by down lighters and side lights. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided, but please bring towels for pool/beach. There is sufficient linen and towels for changing during your visit. The property is cleaned before and after a rental, however, cleaning can be arranged as you wish for your account |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air conditioning which also acts as heating. The villa has marble floors throughout. The pool is 6 feet deep and therefore unsuitable for small children without adult supervision.

Accessibility
Unfortunately, the villa is not easily accessible to wheelchair users as there are two large steps to front door and all the bedrooms are upstairs.
Outside
There is a lovely garden with palm trees and a colourful array of flowers. The private pool is large and deep, and is illuminated at night. The patio with non-slip tiles surrounds the pool and there is an outdoor table and chairs to seat 8 people, with additional chairs available. This is a brand new villa so, as yet, we have not had a BBQ built! The villa and grounds are surrounded by a wall with pillars holding lights for night time illumination. Our villa is one of 4, all detached with their own land and own pool. All built to a very high standard.
Coast/Beach
Kadriye beach is approx 5 mins drive away. The beach is in excellent condition, having been completely renovated last summer, and the restaurants are of a very high standard with prices monitored by the council. The same with Belek beach - again first rate, and this is about 8 mins drive away. Both beaches can be accessed on foot if you do not hire a car, plus there is free transport to and from beaches supplied by the council.
Golf
There are 12 first-class golf courses in the very near vicinity, one being directly opposite the villa. Green fees are very much less than other European countries, yet the standard of the courses and club houses is second to none. Travel
The nearest airport is Antalya - about 40 mins by car. This is just over a four hour flight from U.K. Car hire is not essential but is certainly recommended to get the maximum enjoyment from your stay.
Distances
Kadriye is about a 20 min walk from the villa. Here there is a bank, post office, exchange kiosks. There are many restaurants and bars and most of the shops you could want. There are also a couple of supermarkets. Belek is about a 30 minute walk and has similar facilities to Kadriye. The Perge Ruins are approx. 20km from Belek and the Zeytintasi Caves are approx 28km from Belek. The Kursunlu Waterfalls lie about 18km from Antalya and the Aspendos Theatre is 20 mins driving from the villa.
Further details
There are supermarkets in Kadriye and Belek, but there is also a handy store at the end of the road. Here you can buy the essentials. As mentioned, the area is well served by excellent restaurants at extremely reasonable prices! The beaches have their own entertainments and sports and, of course, the sea is beautiful - clear and warm. With regard to transport, we are able to arrange airport transfers, payable locally and we can also car hire again to be paid locally. Further details available on request.
