Air conditioned throughout. Large lounge area seating 8 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, electric kettle, toaster and sufficient cutlery and crockery for 8. The dinning area seats 8. Babies and children are welcome and a travel cot, highchair and paddling pool can be arranged on request.
The villa includes welcome pack, bed linen, towels and can be cleaned upon the guests request at any time.
Accessibility
There is a double sofa bed in the lounge situated on the ground floor with a WC, basin and shower that may suit anyone with a mobility problem.
Outside
Large landscaped gardens leading to a large shared pool (40sqm approx). There is a patio area with BBQ and outside furniture for 8 which is ideal for eating alfresco or simply relaxing. Sunloungers, umbrellas and garden tables are provided.
Coast/Beach
Palm Villas are a 5 minute walk to the beach where you can catch the beautiful Calis sunset.
Travel
Dalaman airport is a 45 minute drive to the Villa. Car hire is not essential due to the great positioning of the villa to all the good local amenities and activities and there is also a great local bus service.
A transfer from the airport to the villa can be arranged if required.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants situated on the beach front along with many small local shops. The larger supermarkets can be found on the way into Fethiye, Tamsas being the closest and then Migros and Carrefor in Fethiye. There are 2 cash dispensers in Calis situated next to the taxi rank.
