Changeover day
Normal changeover day is Friday but there is flexibility on request. The villa is available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The villa entrance has steps and is not suitable for wheel chairs. Smoking inside the villa is not allowed and sorry, but no pets are allowed.
Outside
Patio doors lead onto the pretty and fragrant terrace area, which includes a dining table and six chairs for breakfast, lunch or that alfresco evening meal. The private landscaped gardens are planted with a variety of flowers and shrubs. Around the pool area are six sun-loungers, side tables and parasols. An outside shower is available to cool off or to clean down following a swim in the luxurious pool. The terrace, garden and pool area has stylish outside lights while the pool has underwater lighting to provide for either an evening swim or to promote an elegant setting for that evening meal with friends. By day enjoy breathtaking, vibrant blue, bay views and in the evening relax and take in the glittering lights from Kalkan’s many restaurants and bars.
Coast/Beach
The region is home for beach lovers, swimming and sailing enthusiasts. The town’s pebble beach has been carefully and attractively extended and there are stunning beaches in the immediate vicinity. Patara Beach is renowned as being one of the world’s best beaches - its spectacular stretches of white-gold sand is a 20 minute journey from Kalkan, and is regularly featured as one of the Mediterranean's most beautiful and preserved beaches.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman, approximately 1hr 45mins by car. Alternatively Antalya airport can be used, approximately 3hrs by car. A car is not necessary - transfers from the airport can be arranged and tourist shops provide for excursions. Dolumus' can be used for local beaches and short trip extursions.
Distances
The villa is ideally located, only a 10 minute walk to Kalkan's town centre with no long steep slopes to climb on return. A walk back from town is pleasant and a car or taxi ride is not necessary.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the villa price is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable eight weeks before departure. A security deposit of £150 is required with your final balance. This amount is refunded within 1 week of departure - subject to damage and breakages. When booking a holiday please ensure you take out travel insurance which should cover you against cancellation - please check your policy for details.
