Villa Mimosa itself is finished in hand-carved stone and all fixtures and fittings are of an excellent quality throughout the 3 floor layout of the property.

Changeover day
Monday is the normal changeover day during peak season but we can be flexible outside this period.

All bed linen is pure cotton and all bathrooms have a good supply of quality towels. Also beach towels are supplied for use by the pool. There is a weekly cleaning service and linen change. |
Notes on accommodation
The bedroom at pool level has its own separate entrance overlooking the infinity pool. This could almost be considered as a self-contained unit, having en-suite facilities and a separate seating area providing more flexibility/privacy within guest numbers.

Accessibility
Due to the presence of steps and the hillside setting, the villa may not be suitable for young children or those with walking difficulties.
Outside
The pool terrace is equipped with 8 sunloungers, parasols and there is a dining table and 8 chairs for alfresco dining. The private infinity pool is 35 square metres and is 1.85 metres deep, having no shallow end. There is also an outdoor shower. The land around the villa has been terraced and planted to compliment the original olive trees to the side and the rear of the building. The road to the side of the villa has been laid with attractive blocking, making walking and driving a lot easier than most side roads on the Peninsula.
Coast/Beach
The sea and bathing platform are within 5 minutes walk of the villa, whilst the pebble beaches in Kas itself are only a 10 minute drive away. The spectacular beaches at Kaputas and Patara are well worth a visit and are within 30 minutes and 45 minutes respectively.
Travel
Dalaman airport is under 2 hours away and we can arrange transfers by air-conditioned minibus for as little as £30 each way, providing that car hire is arranged for a minimum of 1 week. Although car hire is not essential it is recommended in order to visit the many sites and attractions in the region.
Distances
Kas is just over 5 minutes drive and a regular local bus service(dolmus) runs to and from the town every 30 minutes. There are also taxis in plentiful supply if required. Further details
A welcome pack will be provided on arrival. Our assistants Ayhan and his wife Sultan live within close proximity and are on hand if you require any help of information. Ayhan carries out maintenance of the villa, pool and garden, whilst Sultan carries out the cleaning and laundry services. Fresh bread is delivered each morning.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. In addition there is a £200 damage deposit required, as is normal practice.
