Ideally situated the apartments are within a 3 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 2 minute drive to the sea front of Yalikvak. The 2 bedroom apartments are air conditioned throughout with a large lounge/dining room with patio doors that lead onto a large terrace that has breathtaking views. From the lounge an arch leads into a fully fitted kitchen, from the kitchen a door leads onto a side terrace which is equipped for alfresco dining, where you can take in the spectacular sunsets

This small and private complex has spacious lawned areas with a wonderful large pool. There are sunbeds with each apartment, there is private parking and external lighting.

Bodrum Milaas airport is 45 minutes drive from the apartments along a coastal road which has stunning views of the area.
Car hire recommended but not essential.

There are cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, it is 15 minutes walk to the sea front of Yalikavak or 3 minutes by car.there the new marina has many shops, cafes, and restaurants. if you go into Yalikavak village you will find many traditional Turkish restaurants. cafes and shops, you can walk along the pedestrianised sea front which has many attractions which include a bizarre and fishing habour with its many restaurants.

There are local shops within 5 minutes walk. Close to the apartment you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving. Gulet cruises from one to seven days can be arranged, the local aqua park is 20/25 minutes by car.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% 5 days within booking. The full amount 56 days before the holiday is due, There is a breakage deposit of £100 (which is returned 10 days after departure).
