Welcome to 'Olive Tree Villa', a newly built 3 bedroom detached villa. Situated in the gorgeous village of Ovacik with stunning mountain views of Mount Babadag. A short dolmus ride away from Olu Deniz - the blue lagoon and Fethiye. Hisaronu can be reached on foot. Close to all amenities such as new aqua park which is in Ovacik. The villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard and is fully air-conditioned. There is a garden area with terrace, patio furniture is provided. A good sized sun drenched pool which is shared with one other detached villa on a private plot. Bedding and towels provided. Travel cot provided upon request. There is an English speaking maintenance company on hand. The pool and villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Transfers from Dalaman airport arranged by request. This is a gorgeous villa in a great central location. You will be spoilt for choice for things to do or you can just take it easy and enjoy the fabulous views and Turkish atmosphere.

Accessibility
This property is on a fairly flat part of Ovacik, although the villa overlooks the mountains, there are no steep hills to climb to reach the villa so it is suitable for elderly. Two minute stroll to frequent dolmus bus services that go to Fethiye or Olu Deniz.
Outside
Attractive garden area with olive trees, palm trees, hibiscus, roses and other plants. Own terrace area with patio furniture, good sized shared pool with one other detached villa - this is owned by an English family - this villa can also be rented if required. The villa is in the sun all day and there are also lovely sunset views. The pool is illuminated in the evening and there is outside lighting.
Coast/Beach
Close to Fethiye bay and Olu Deniz blue lagoon beach 10 mins drive by Dolmus or taxi. Calis Beach and Patara Beach are also easily accessible by car.
Travel
Dalaman airport 50 minutes drive away by car or bus.
Distances
10 mins drive to Fethiye. 10 mins drive to Olu Deniz. 15 mins drive to Calis, 20 mins walk to Hisaronu. 2 mins walk to Ovacik. Patara Beach, Sakklikent, Tlos, Gocek, are all easily accessible by car or bus.
Further details
Ovacik has many restaurants and small supermarkets. Hisaronu has many shops, bars, restaurants, agencies where cheap local tours can be booked and cash point facilities. There is a large market here on a Monday. Fethiye is a bustling typically Turkish town with beautiful waterside, banks, shopping, markets and a hospital. Calis has a superb market on Sunday's. There is a huge variety of leisure activities locally - including tandem paragliding from Mount Babadag, horse riding, jeep safaris in the nearby mountain areas, many boat trips from either Fethiye or Olu Deniz and tours to places of achaeological interest or an exhilarating Turkish Bath. The prices are very cheap - eg. £4 for day boat trip from Olu Deniz including lunch! Be prepared to haggle!
Booking notes
Deposit of £150 is required, the outstanding balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.Cost includes use of air-conditioning, electric and gas. We also require a £100.00 refundable breakages/damage deposit, this is not cashed and will be returned once you have left the villa. In the event of any damage being caused, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit. A welcome pack can be provided containing basic essentials at a cost of £8.00

This is our second year renting the villa, our prices are reasonable as we are not renting to make money just to cover our costs of owning villa. We hope you enjoy your stay and would appreciate any feedback.
