Ideally located seconds from the sea front between Fethiye and Calis beach on Turkey's Mediterranean coast. This brand new spacious villa has some wonderful views over the bay with a shared pool alongside the villa. All 3 bedrooms are full doubles and all en-suite. Each bedroom has its own balcony so you can sit out and admire the views of the sea and/or the pool. The lounge terrace beside the pool is big enough for 6 to dine al fresco. The villa is beautifully furnished and is wonderfully located for your holiday. Jump on the frequent bus to Fethiye, with its abundance of shops and restaurants. Take a minibus from Fethiye to the famous blue lagoon (Oludeniz).

Notes on accommodation
Probably not suitable for very small children due to balconies, close proximity of sea and depth of pool (uniform 4.5 feet deep).
Outside
Good size pool shared by only 5 villas. Lovely pool area. Ample loungers and cushions provided for sun terrace (top floor and secluded), balconies, terraces and pool area.
Coast/Beach
Calis beach - walkable but also 5 minute bus (Dolmus) ride away. Olu Deniz and its famous blue lagoon 30 minutes by car or a dolmus ride.
Travel
Car not necessary. Airport is Dalaman which is 40 minutes taxi ride away. We can arrange taxi's for you.
Distances
Fethiye, a lovely seaside town with great shopping and restaurants, it's walkable or a short bus (dolmus) ride away 10-15 minutes. Calis is 5 minutes away and is a livlier resort with many bars.

Explore the bay and beautiful Blue Lagoon (Oludeniz) where the calm, crystal clear water is ideal for swimming and other water sports. The Blue Lagoon is one of the best places in the world to do absolutely nothing but soak up the sun amid stunning natural surroundings.
Saklikent: High in the mountains above Fethiye a rushing torrent cuts a narrow gorge through the mountains, creating Saklikent Canyon 44 km south of Fethiye.
A cool refuge on hot summer days, Saklikent is a favorite picnic spot, with rustic restaurants serving delectable fresh trout. You can also visit the old fashioned carpet and kilim weavers.
Nearest supermarket is a 1 minute walk away. Lots of multi language ATM cash machines in Fethiye.

£150 damage deposit, returned within 2 weeks of vacating villa. 25% deposit to secure villa, balance required 8 weeks prior to travel.

Hi Mark
Wow; why has it taken so long to find such a fantastically located, yet quiet Villa? A peaceful 25 minute stroll along the promenade to Fethiye (10 mins by bus) or 10 minutes by bus the other way to Calis.
And when the promenade extension is finished later in the year, I would imagine it will also be nice walk up to there. OR, from Fethiye you are within 30 minutes (by bus) of Olu Deniz and Hisaranu. And a supermarket only 2 minutes walk.
Personally we loved Fethiye, it having more of a local feel than touristy. The wide choice to eat; from the atmosphere of the fish market and Megri's in the old town to the numerous restaurants and cafés on the promenade into Fethiye. All within a short distance from the Villa.
Mark, I have to also say that Margo was brilliant. Always there to offer local advice if asked, but without being overpowering.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The villa is very conveniently located next to the sea and the promenade to Fethiye. This gives visitors a lovely walk into town or to the very good restaurants on the way. Fethiye is a lovely harbour town with lots of good restaurants, shopping and a large market once a week. The other way (no promenade yet) is Calis and it’s beach. Calis has a livelier feel and many sea front bars and restaurants. The villa itself has three genuine double bedrooms, all en-suite. Each bedroom has a balcony or sun terrace. We have a large supermarket 2 minutes walk away which is ideal for buying bread etc every morning.
