This very pretty apartment has its own patio and garden area and use of 5 pools, one of which sits almost outside the apartment. The complex is ideally situated for the centre of town, only 2 minutes level walk away from main shops, bank, post office, etc. The apartment has one double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the main room and double doors open from both rooms on to the patio and very pretty garden. It is tastefully furnished throughout, with a fully equipped kitchen, oven and washing machine. Rental includes a welcome pack, weekly clean, linen change and local English-speaking contact.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Please contact us for longer term winter or summer let prices. There will be a supplement of £25 per week if your party consists of more than 2 people. 5% discount applies for bookings of more than two consecutive weeks.
Changeover day
While fairly flexible on changeover days, we find most people travel on a Monday.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is air-conditioned and has mosquito screens on windows. Air-conditioning has hot setting for winter lets. Large water heater. While not wishing to say no to smokers we do ask, in the interests of all our guests, that smoking be kept to a minimum and preferably restricted to outside the apartment.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor and access from the street is level, ie no steps at all, so would be ideal for those with mobility problems.
Outside
The apartment is set in a beautifully maintained complex and has use of 5 pools, one large central pool and 4 smaller and more private (one of which is directly in front of the apartment, and is rarely used by other guests in the complex). Sunbeds and parasols are provided with the apartment. The apartment has a private patio and very pretty garden area with views across the bay and out to sea.
Coast/Beach
Local pebble beach is 5 mins walk from the apartment. Kalkan has 5 beach clubs all within easy reach. Patara beach (sand) is 20 mins by local bus. Kaputas beach (shingle) 10 mins by local bus.
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman, 1½ - 2 hours drive. Please contact us for airport transfers and car hire information. Antalya airport is about 3 hours by road.
Distances
Kalkan is surrounded by places of interest, most of which are within an hour's drive. These include Xanthos and Sydyma the spectacular Saklikent gorge, and the larger towns of Fethiye and Kas.
Further details
Kalkan has developed from a small fishing harbour and, despite its growth, has retained its charm and village atmosphere. There are 3 banks with ATM, a post office and a choice of three supermarkets; English goods are available. The choice of restaurants is enormous and the food is excellent.
Booking notes
Reservations require a 25% deposit with balance payable eight weeks prior to start of booking, together with a refundable damage deposit of £100.
