Coast/Beach
Kalkan has over 300 days of sunshine per year.
There are plenty of local places of interest: ancient sites of Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos and Patara are all close by with Kekova, Demre, Myra, Phaselis, Olympos and Aspendos are slightly further afield, but all easy accessible.
Kalkan is nestled between the towns of Fethiye and Kas and is situated at the foot of the Taurus Mountains the natural geography of the town and its surrounding area affords spectacular sea and mountain views.
Travel
Transfers to and from Dalaman Airport is approx. (1 hour 25 minutes). Transfers to and from Antalya Airport is approx. (3 hours). Car hire and transfers can be easily arranged by us at discounted rates with fully air conditioned cars. A meet and greet service is provided at the airport where your driver will take you direct to your villa where you will be meet by our representatives to make sure you are welcomed and shown to the property to ensure you enjoy your holiday the minute you arrive.
Distances
Kalkan is an old town, a maze of small cobbled streets winding down to the harbour. The streets are lined with many old Greek and Turkish buildings covered with bougainvillea and are occupied by small boutique shops and restaurants offering a very authentic atmosphere.
Kalkan itself has a pebble beach where the water is clear blue and very refreshing first thing in the morning or mid-late afternoon. It also offers beach clubs that run free daily water taxis where you can take advantage of.
Further details
The Property also includes a safe deposit box and a mobile phone availible for your personal use for services such as taxis and food delivery. There is a small bar available a short walk from the villa where you can enjoy breathtaking views before venturing down into Kalkan. This is run by the people who manage your villa and provide the shuttle and cleaning services and are generally on hand to make your stay enjoyable.
Booking notes
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking with final payment due six weeks prior to departure.

I booked this superb accommodation in August 2006 and was really impressed with the standard of the villa throughout as it had just been refurbished with many luxury features. The Views from the Villa were Totally Amazing & unspoilt. I will definitely be booking again for 2008.
