A beautiful villa with stunning views of the Babadag mountain and surrounding area. Private pool and large garden with barbecue the garden has the sun all day there is a also private parking. Air-conditioning units in all bedrooms and lounge. Mosquito nets on most windows and doors. Full bathroom and shower room utility room with washing machine. There is a terrace for dining outside also 3 balconies upstairs. For the evening there is outside lighting. The villa is a short walk from the main road where the very frequent dolmus runs to take you to Fethiye, Hisaronu and Olu Deniz. Taxis are plentiful and very cheap. Car hire is available. There are numerous supermarkets, bars and restaurants along the main road and in Hisaronu where there is a post office, cash machines and night clubs. Olu Deniz has the famous Blue Lagoon, you can also book boat trips, scuba diving and paragliding from the Babadag mountain. In Fethiye there is a large Tuesday market, well worth a visit.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 with kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | Full bathroom with shower toilet and sink with vanity unit upstairs. Shower room with sink and toilet downstairs. |
| Kitchen: | Full oven with hob and extractor fan, sink unit and large fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and mircowave. All cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, tea towels are provided. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials. |
| Living Rooms: | Large double sofa bed, 2 matching easy chairs, television with Sky, DVD player and ocassional table. The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs also breakfast bar with glass shelves for books etc seperating the dining room from the kitchen. |
| Other: | Hallway with coat hooks, mirror and cupboards. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bedlinen are included. The villa is cleaned and beds all have clean linen and clean towels before arrival. Extra cleaning and linen change etc can be arranged at a cost of £30 per clean. Our gardner can arrange this. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning can also be used as heating for cooler nights. There are also extra blankets. Children are very welcome. Cot and high chair can be provided on request. The villa can sleep up to 8 people using the sofa bed in the lounge.

Accessibility
We have had a guest with a wheelchair staying in the villa with no problem but there would need to be some mobility as there are some steps outside. Car hire would be a usefully, although taxis are readily available and taxi drivers are extremly helpful.
Outside
Large garden with patio, 6 sun loungers with padded matresses and 2 umbrellas, new for 2008 further patio area with stone built barbecue Private pool for our guests own use. Outside lighting. Driveway with gates. Covered terrace with table and 6 chairs for dining outside.
Coast/Beach
20 minute drive, taxi ride or dolmus to Olu Deniz with lovely beaches and the famous Blue Lagoon. and spectacular sunsets , also 20 minutes drive taxi ride or Dolmus to Fethiye with its beautiful harbour.
Golf
New for 2008 a golf course near Dalaman.
Skiing
There is a new ski resort near Dalaman.
Travel
Dalaman airport is a 50 minute drive away. We have our own taxi driver, he charges £80 return for up to 4 people and for 5 or more people it is £100 return, car hire can easily arranged if required.
Distances
Hisarnou is a 25 minute walk away or 10 mins in a dolmus. Fethiye and Olu Deniz are about a 20 minute dolmus or taxi ride away, both are very cheap and frequent.Kaykoy ghost Village is about 20mins drive from Hisaronu
Further details
On the main road there are numerous bars and restaurants and supermarkets that are open early until late and the famous Turkish barbers. There is also horse riding available and a water park. In Hisaronu there is a post office, 2 supermarkets Azda and Migros, cash machines, bars, restaurants (many of the restaurants will pick you up from the villa and take you home) jewellery shops, leather shops, night clubs and a Monday market. Fethiye is worth a visit for it's harbour and good shopping and the large weekly Tuesday market. Olu Deniz has beautiful beaches and the famous Blue Lagoon. You can take boat trips, arrange scuba diving and paraglide off the Babadag mountain. Nearby is Kaykoy the ghost village which is well worth a visit and for keen walkers there is the Lycian Way.

'The villa was lovely. No noise in the area lovely and peaceful but all the things you needed were near by if you wanted to use them, bars etc. Villa was just the job clean, spacious and perfect location. Spent lots of holidays in turkey but first time in villa, highly recommended. We spent a lovely week at the villa sipping wine by the pool and watching the paragliders sail overhead from the Babadag mountain behind the property - bliss! The villa is well equipped with everything you need and everything works! Outside pool area and terrace are excellent sun all day and relatively private. It is very well placed between fethiye and oludeniz with good transport to both resorts Would definitely recommend it.
