Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Early bird 10% discount if booked 46 weeks before your stay.
Long stay 15% discount if 3 or more consecutive weeks booked. Last minute 10% discount if booked within 2 weeks of departure.
Changeover day
Monday is our preferred changeover day as most flights operate on this day.

Dalaman airport is 90 minutes scenic drive and Antalya airport is 180 minutes very scenic drive away. Due to the private and peaceful location of Villa Tranquillity car hire is essential.
Transfers to/from airports or car hire can be arranged and paid locally.

Booking notes
A £250 non-refundable deposit per week will secure your booking, the balance remaining will be due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Payment for your holiday can be made by cheque, debit or credit card through our booking system. We reserve the right to re-advertise dates if the balance has not been received by the due date.
Flights are not included in the price of our villa.

"The villa was perfect. We had a great time and the villa is situated in a fantastic position, being a little up the mountains kept the temperature down a little and made for a wonderful stay. The furniture and quality of the villa is one of the best that I have ever stayed in and it really does make a difference, the kids loved the fact that there was a tv and dvd player and they broke up some of the days. The pool is fantastic, it was a welcome relief to cool off from the hot sun and the fact that it is filled with the local spring water was fantastic. We have been to Turkey before, but found Kalkan and the villa the best places we have stayed. The views were incredible and the fact that the villa is situated a little out of the way, was superb, it was incredibly peaceful and incredibly relaxing. The personal touches and photos you leave around the house reminded everyone that this was a home and I think made the villa an incredibly friendly place to stay. The Reece party Kent.
