KayaGarden is situated in the valley of Kayakoy near Fethiye, Olu Deniz and Hisaronu. It has a private pool and a garden with beautiful sights to the surrounding hills and historical interesting object. The villa was built in 2004 completely in harmony with its environment. It is a place to open all your sences. Enjoy the remains of the Lycian period, the rare birds and plants, the mystic places, the delicious food and the friendly Turkish hospitality. The green hilly coastline, the Turquoise blue water, the numerous islands, the bays with beautiful beaches and the high mountains are a feast for the eyes.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The guarantee/refund is £150 for a booking. Included: electricity, water, gas, cleaning. Not included: flight, transfer-costs, cleaning costs. Second week 10% discount. Discount for long winter-stay.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels, kitchen clothes, sheets, pillows, blankets are available. Changing is done twice a week. The villa will be cleaned 2 x week (3 day and final cleaning). Welcome packet! |
Notes on accommodation
An electric heater is available for the wintertime. Although even in the summer there is a nice breeze, the villa is air-conditioned. Highchair available required.

The villa is not adapted for wheelchair users.

The private pool is kidney shaped and 35m2 with a big terrace for the 2 wooden sunbeds and 2 wooden sunchairs, In the garden is a wooden camellia (with chairs and table), big bench with cushions, sitting area with 4 wooden chairs and table, various fruit trees. The garden is surrounded by a traditional built stone wall. Private parking place. Romantic garden lights and also pool lights. Private entrance to some facilities by the hostess (small restaurant in rustic setting). BBQ place.
Coast/Beach
Several beaches nearby - Gemiler beach 5km by dolmus/taxi/rental car or walking, traditional beach also for Turkish people, with view to historical St. Nicholas island. Famous turquoise blue beach of Olu Deniz 9km by dolmus/taxi/rental car or walking (footpath is part of the old Lycian Way). Calis beach by taxi-boat from Fethye to Calis, beautiful sun-setting 9km. Cold water bay, 40 minutes walk across the hill from Kayahouse.
Travel
Dalaman airport 60km, 1 hour drive with taxi-bus. We can provide in the transfer from Dalaman to KayaGarden. 2 times an hour the dolmus stops in Kayakoy (in the high season), 200m from Kayahouse is a bus-stop.

Centre of Kayakoy: 150m for shops, bus-stop, restaurants.
Old ruins: 150m.
Hisaronu 5km: market, hamam, shops
Olu Deniz 9km: famous beach, paragliding, butterfly valley, boat-trips.
Fethiye 8km: harbour, market, fish market, lot of shops, grave-tombs, hamam, boat-trips (12 islands-trip).
Tlos 50km: old theatre, old town.
Saklikent 50km: hugh cleft, with bursting out water even in the summer.
Patara 60km: longest white sand beach, theatre.
Dalyan 80km: turtle beach and healthy mud-bath.

Kayakoy is of great historical importance and in the environment are a lot of activities to do. You can explore the beautiful valley and look around in the cultural and historical interesting objects and places in the area. For example, walking to Afkula monestry 6km, Gemiler beach 5km, Fethye by the old Roman way 7km, the Old Lycian Way. horse riding in Kayakoy, boattrips, sailing, fishing, diving, swimming, hamam, Kervanseray in Kayakoy (traditional Turkish dance-event), mountain biking and paragliding.
Booking notes
You can take an option for 3 working-days, so you can arrange your flight at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed by a 25% non refundable deposit (unless the departure time is within 6 weeks). The total costs have to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation: till 42 day before arrival deposit (25%), 42 to 28 day before arrival we pay back 40%, less than 28 day before arrival we pay back 10%, day of arrival we pay back 0%. We will send the rental conditions by booking.
