| Bedrooms: | All the bedrooms have views across Kalamar bay. Rooms 1 and 2 have luxury king-size beds, with en-suite wet room or bath. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and a shared wet room. Bedroom 3 has private access to the secluded garden terrace. |
| Bathrooms: | 2 bathrooms have marble wet rooms. Bathroom 3 has a fitted bath and integral shower. There is a toilet on the ground floor with sink and wet shower area. |
| Kitchen: | The villa has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with marble worktops and in built Siemens fridge-freezer, cooker, oven, and dishwasher. There is a large round stone table for up to 12 people. A second kitchen on the roof offers easy dining on the terrace. |
| Utility Room: | A utility room on the ground floor provides a washing machine, ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a satellite TV with DVD and seats 8 people comfortably when you want to get out of the heat. There is an extra sofa bed in the lounge. |
| Other: | Each room has remote controlled air-conditioning and the villa has wireless broadband internet access. Bedrooms are spacious and all have spectacular views over the bay. The stunning roof terrace has its own BBQ and large stone table seating 14 people. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels, including beach towels, and linen are included. The management team will clean the whole Villa once a week and will change towels and linen twice a week. The outside ground team maintain the garden, irrigation system and pool daily. |

Notes on accommodation
On arrival a member of the management team will meet you on request and help with any queries. The villa has a private swimming pool and children are very welcome but careful supervision is needed as there is open access to the swimming pool. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool. There are a couple of rules: The villa is no smoking so smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Accessibility
Double entrance doors provide access to the villa from the roadside, These lead onto the pool side area. There is also a separate front door on the side of the house with private parking for 2 cars. All bedrooms are on the first and second floors. The villa has a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor for convenient easy access.
Outside
The villa has fully irrigated landscaped gardens to all sides, outside cold water shower, 6 sun loungers, parasols. The roof terrace with outside dining table and seating for 10 people with breathtaking views out over the bay. A utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine.
Coast/Beach
There are many beach clubs all with water sport facilities, the nearest the Kalamar beach club is only 3 minutes walk away. Others provide free taxi transport to and from villas. There is a small beach in the town of Kalkan, but two beautiful beaches, Kapitas and Patara are just a short drive away. Patara, is famous for its endless white sands historical ruins. Kapitas beach is famous for the beautiful turquoise colour of the sea.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport, transfer time approx 90 mins. You will need to purchase an entry visa for £10 (payment in sterling) at the airport before passing through passport control. The owner can arrange airport transfers and car hire, however car hire is not essential in Kalkan.
Distances
Kalkan centre is a 20 minute walk from the villa. The nearest shop is a 10 minute walk and the sea 3 minutes.

The villa is within easy walk of Kalkan village taking approximately 20 minutes, local beaches and beach clubs are a stone throw away. Kalkan is a beautiful village nestling on the edge of the Toros Mountains. In Kalkan there are many wonderful restaurants offering a wide variety of dishes at more than reasonable prices. Shopping is a delight in the small boutiques that line the cobbled streets. Many places of natural beauty and historical interest. Lycian Way, Saklikent Gorge, Kekova sunken city, Tlos, Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara are all within easy reach.
