Two bedroom, fully air-conditioned and centrally heated villa, with cool verandahs, a peaceful garden and a large swimming pool. Villa Frank has a generously sized living room with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom with a modern shower. It is located in a peaceful location on the road to the hamlet of Arikbasi, amid cotton fields and enjoys stunning views of the nearby mountains. The town of Dalyan with its extensive range of shops, bars and restaurants, is exactly 1km from the villa and is a pleasant 15 minute walk along a paved road. However there are two local shops only five minutes walk away (or two minutes by the villa's push bike) which sell bread and the normal requisites for breakfast.

Changeover day
Normally Mondays, as this is the day upon which there are most flights, however other days may be available upon request.
Arrival after 15.00 Departure before 10.00.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with safe and double bed (separate 3' mattresses). Bedroom 2 with double bed (separate 3' mattresses). There is a single sofa bed in the living room. |

| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen, with built in gas hob with electric fan oven underneath. Also washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and water cooler. There is also an ironing board and iron, together with a full range of cooking utensils crockery and cutlery. |
| Living Rooms: | Large living room with comfortable chairs, dining table and chairs and sofa bed. DVD player and TV monitor. |
| Other: | Large wide verandah with table and chairs. Full range of garden furniture including sun loungers around paved pool area. Outside barbecue. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa will be cleaned at the beginning of your stay. All bed linen and hand and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
Our gardener will call frequently and will also maintain the pool. Our agents in Dalyan are always on hand to help if required. For clients requiring additional accommodation Villa Reference TK 927 is a short distance away and could be rented in conjunction with Villa Frank, subject to availability.

Private pool approx 10m x 4m. Well maintained garden and patio areas giving the opportunity of enjoying sun and shade.

Coast/Beach
The nearent beach is Iztuzu, which was recently deemed to be one of the top ten beaches. It is both clean and safe and is in a beautiful location 30 mins drive from the villa or a relaxing 50 minute boat trip from Dalyan. Iztuzu is the breeding ground of the Giant Loggerhead Turtle so the beach is closed at dusk, but there are many interesting bars and places to eat along the road on the way back.
Travel
Dalaman airport is only 30 minutes drive away and we can arrange transfers if required at an additional charge. Once you have arrived at the villa a car is not essential unless you wish to explore the local countryside, however there are efficient and cheap Dolmus (minibus) services operating from Dalyan to the surrounding towns and Iztuzu beach.
Distances
Dalyan is a short distance from the villa. You can also drive to the more industrial town of Ortaca in about 20 minutes. Dalaman can be reached in 30 minutes and the pretty 'nautical' village of Gocek in about 45 minutes. Further afield Koycegiz will take about an hour and the municipal capital of Mugla about an hour and a half.

There is a book giving details of local bars and restaurants in the villa which also lists some other useful information about the local area. For those looking for adventurous activities the following can be arranged locally - jeep safari; white water rafting; microlite flights etc. Other activities available include: mud baths; massage; Turkish baths and numerous boat trips. For those interested in archaeology Caunos is a must.

A booking form will be sent to you which should be returned with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is payable 2 calendar months before your departure date.
