Situated in a small luxury holiday village which includes floodlit tennis court, sauna, heated indoor pool, large communal outdoor pool with pool bar, rooftop terrace restaurant, mini golf and 2 children’s play areas, indoor and outdoor gyms and shop, yet enjoys a peaceful location whilst being a short drive from the main resorts of Chalis and Fethiye. 30 minutes from Dalaman airport, 15 minutes from the harbour town of Fethiye and 30 minutes from Olu Deniz. A 20 minute stroll through the forest (there is a bar and restaurant half way) brings you to the beach at Yaniklar, which offers sunbathing, water sports including diving, water skiing, boat hire etc.

Changeover day
Monday is changeover day. However we are flexible. You may arrive anytime after 3pm. The villa must be vacated by 11pm for cleaning.

Good size private pool approx 10x4m with shallower end for children (woggles included). Covered/shaded terrace with wooden patio furniture, table and seating for 8. Built-in barbecue area. Garden and pool lights so that you can entertain or swim in the evening. Outside dining on the terrace overlooking the pool with splendid views of the mountains. Private walled garden with grassed area and sunbeds. Parking area.
Coast/Beach
Yaniklar beach is a 20 min stroll through the pine forest where there is to be found a pebbled beach with sun loungers and bar. Water sports are also available. Calis beach is a 10 min drive away. Olu Deniz is a 30 min drive away. This is the world famous beach and blue lagoon that has become one of Turkeys most acclaimed resorts.
Travel
Fly to Dalaman airport. The journey to the villa takes approx. 30 mins. We can arrange a taxi for you. Car hire not necessary as local dolmus calls at the Oasis village regularly.
Distances
Calis is reached by a new road (less than 10 mins) and is famous for the view of its spectacular golden sunsets and has a wide selection of restaurants and good night life. For the children there is also a water park. Fethiye is the major harbour town of the region where you can organize your sight seeing tours or visit the huge market on a Tuesday. Olu Deniz a 30 min drive away is where you can book your boat trips.

At the Oasis village you will find a shop, rooftop restaurant, 2 children’s play areas, mini golf, a tennis court and indoor and outdoor gyms. In Calis you will find banks, supermarkets and many restaurants, bars and nightlife. Fethiye boasts a beautiful harbour, ideal for strolls and buzzing with the activity of local and tourist boats and a rich variety of eating places. Here you can swim, snorkel, climb cliffs or just relax. You can visit the fascinating historical sights both in town and along the surrounding coastline, including the amazing Lycian rock tombs that tower over the town, the grand Amyntas Tomb, Telmessosos ancient Roman amphitheatre and the beautiful old mosque. There are many excursions offered here including the mud baths and Ephesus etc. The town also offers the regions best shopping experience including the traditional bazaar in the old town. Olu Deniz and Belcekiz Beach has the most breathtaking scenery where you can paraglide from the top of Babadag Mountain and enjoy spectacular aerial views of Olu Deniz during 30-40 mins of flying.You can catch the Twelve Islands cruise on a traditional gullet and enjoy the scenic beauty of this group of islands. The boats will get you access to secluded bays where you can swim, snorkel or just relax.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining due 8 weeks prior to departure. A £200 loss and breakages deposit is also required and will be fully refunded following the villa inspection. Cancellation charges: Up to 8 weeks prior to departure loss of deposit. Between 8 - 2 weeks prior to departure 50% cost of the villa. Between 2 weeks and departure 100% of rental cost.
