The apartments are tastefully furnished with comtemporary decor to a high standard. The large open plan living, kitchen and dining area has glass sliding doors which lead onto their own balcony. This floor also is host to 1 double bedroom with private balcony. There are cool ceramic floor tiles throughout leading to the spiral marble staircase taking you to the two bedrooms and sun terrace on the upper floor. Each bedroom has large windows and sliding doors leading to its own private balcony to enjoy lovely views of the mountains, perfect for breakfast in the sun! Located in the small town of Dalaman, it only takes 15 mins drive to the town of Gocek which is well known within the yachting fraternity for its beautiful Marina.

Changeover day
We will try to be as flexible as possible. You may arrive on whatever day suits you and where possible, you will be allowed to stay in the villa until the moment of your departure for the airport, no matter what time day or night.

Bedroom 1 is an en-suite master bedroom air-conditioned with its own balcony overlooking the olive groves. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be made into a double. It has its own balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and is located on the ground floor. It has its own balcony overlooking the olive groves. En-suite bathroom to master bedroom has a shower cubicle, WC and basin. The bathroom located on the ground floor has a shower cubicle, WC and basin. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new utensils and everything you would need including a microwave, large fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine. Living/dining room has two 3 seater sofas which will convert into a large single bed. It hosts contemporary furniture which includes a coffee table and a stand alone unit. A tall standard lamp can create softer lighting perfect for that lazy evening. This room also has air-conditioning a TV and DVD player. |

Notes on accommodation
The duplex apartment is set in a small friendly complex, which is ideal for children to enjoy the pools and at the same time be very close to the apartment.
Accessibility
The apartment has stairs leading to the first floor and to the swimming pool and therefore may not be suitable for the infirm.
Outside
The 2 swimming pools are easily accessible to the apartment. The apartment has its own sun loungers. Why not spend a lazy afternoon around the pools and take in the lovely views.
Coast/Beach
Sarigerme beach is a 20 minute drive from Dalaman and is just beautiful. You enter the long sandy beach through the tropical gardens where you can also find a childrens play area. There is plenty of shade as well as sunshine. There are sun loungers and parasols to hire for a small fee. You can spend a whole day here and take refreshments at the cafe which is situated within the tropical gardens.
Travel
The apartment is a 20 min drive from Dalaman Airport. A taxi can be hired fo 40lira or alternatively, arrangements can be made for a transfer from the airport to the apartment. If you wish to hire a car this can be arranged for you, allowing you to explore surrounding areas such as Gocek, Dalyan, Otarga, Fethyihe and Marmaris. You can also take advantage of the buses and taxis for exploring these wondeful towns.
Distances
Places of interest and a must is the beautiful Marina town of Gocek. This is a 20 minute drive from the apartment. This town is by the sea. It has a relaxing, stylish ambience, and hosts plenty of bars, restaurants and nice shops to amble around. Why not visit the market on Sunday, where you can find plenty of exotic fruits and vegetables, all manner of shoes and clothes and beautiful traditional Turkish rugs, before treating yourself to lunch in one of the many restaurants overlooking the sea.
Further details
The 12 Island boat tour from Gocek hosts many beautiful bays. This boat tour from Gocek runs daily through May to October. 1.30 mins from the apartment is Olu Deniz famous for its lovely blue sea and paragliding onto the expansive beach from nearby mountains. A popular resort with many bars and restuarants. Why not combine a day out at Olu Deniz beach and a visit to the weekly Fethiye Market.
Booking notes
The apartment is available to rent all year round. A non refundable deposit of £100 is required upon booking. A fully refundable deposit of £100 is payable to cover breakages. The balance of the rent will be due 6 weeks before the rental period. The rental rates are inclusive of water and electricity, linen and towels, please bring your own beach towels.
