The villa is located on a quaint hillside which overlooks the town and harbour of Cesme. A marble stairwell leads from the fully furnished sun terrace directly down to the pool and patio area which is surrounded by clear glass panels and chrome railings. Each bedroom has its own terraced balcony to take in the stunning views.

The nearest beach is a 10-12 mine walk along the beautiful harbour of Cesme, there are numerous beaches within a 10 -15 min drive from Cesme which also offer the opportunity to go sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving or wind surfing. Alacati in Cesme recently held the world wind surfing championship
Travel
The nearest airport is located in Izmir which is 70km from Cesme, approx 50 mins drive. Transfer or car hire can be arranged for you.
Distances
The town of Cesme is a 5 - 6 minute walk from the villa. It has everything you could ask for; historical artefacts, fine restaurants, banks and Migros style supermarkets think TESCOS. Public transport is readily available and extremely cheap, you can visit the beautiful towns of Ilica, Alacati, and the fishing village of Dalyan all within 15-20 mins by public transport. If you fancy a boat trip the island of Chios in Grease is 20 mins away.
Further details
The property will be cleaned throughout before your arrival. Linen and towels are included. Cesme is renowned for the healing powers of its thermal waters. The thermal waters of Cesme have saline thermal characteristics which has a strong therapeutic effect on the arthritis muscle diseases that casues severe pain. All these springs are located in Ilica.
