Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air conditioned which is essential in Turkey. A stair gate is available. Fitted with smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and a safety box. There will be a welcome pack that includes everyday food essentials, information about the area. A mobile phone will be avaliable for use as a 24 hr helpline. Our reresentative who provides a proffessional and friendly service, will be avaliable for contact during your stay. This is a non smoking apartment.

Outside
The apartment is safe and secure and has an evening security guard. There is off road parking, beautiful well kept gardens with shrubs and flowers. Outdoor patio furniture on the balconies. Sun loungers with parasols and tables next to the communal pool. A good size separate baby pool and in the evening the pools are beautifully lit.
Coast/Beach
A 10 min level walk to the beach passing two local corner shops with very friendly Turkish people who own them and also the taxi rank. This is the quiet end of a beach which many local people use. From here you can walk along into the Calis resort where you will reach the restaurants lining the edge of the promenade.
Travel
Dalaman airport is 40 mins drive away. The complex is situated 30 mins walk from the main resort area of Calis. This is a level walk along the sea front or you can catch the local 'Dolmus' (bus) which is excellent and very cheap. It can be picked up just down the road (2 mins walk) which will take you into Fethiye. Or go into Calis and hop on the river taxi into Fethiye which is also great fun to do.

Further details
There is a lot to explore in the local area and enjoy the Turkish way of life. The beaches are long and beautiful and many of them are protected turtle beaches and are totally unspoilt. Watch the sun set over Calis beach. Visit the local markets of Calis (Sunday) and Fethiye (Tuesday) and try your hand at bargaining. Relax on one of the many boat tours which leave from Fethiye harbour visiting many of the local islands. Try some water sports such as, scuba diving, wind surfing, parasailing or even paragliding if you are that adventurous. Hire a car for the day and visit Salikent Gorge or the ghost town of Kayakoy. The beautiful harbour town of Gocek or the amazing blue lagoon of Oludeniz. Finally spoil yourself and chill out in a Turkish bath or sample the delights of a mud bath. There is certainly plenty so see and do in this region of Turkey and our local representative will help and guide you organise the trips out.
Booking notes
20% of the deposit to be paid 7 days after booking. Balance to be paid 5 weeks before start of rental along with £100 breakable deposit. Breakage deposit will be returned within 14 days of rental period subject to satisfactory report.
