All have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, cloakroom and bedroom balconies with. The kitchens in all villas are fully equipped for self-catering, with a full cooker, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and a kettle. Each villa has its own terrace supplied with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, should you decide to cook for yourself instead of just skipping down to the local restaurants from time to time, there is a communal barbecue area by the swimming pool. A washing machine is also provided in each villa, together with an iron and ironing board, which is especially handy if you are travelling with children. Another bonus, particularly during the height of the summer, is that each villa is fully air conditioned (there are individual units in the lounge and both bedrooms). There is no additional charge for electricity gas or water.

Each villa is fully air conditioned (there are individual units in the lounge and both bedrooms). All villas have satellite TV. 5 minutes walk to the beach and supermarket. 3 pharmacies around villas. Also dentist and hospital 2 minutes walk from villas. A washing machine is also provided in each villa, together with an iron and ironing board, which is especially handy if you are travelling with children. Another bonus, particularly during the height of the summer, is that each villa is fully air conditioned (there are individual units in the lounge and both bedrooms).The villa's share a large communal pools 16m long and 8m wide with a shallow end. There are sun loungers and pool side tables and chairs, a shower and toilet area for your use. Falcon villa's are family run with a nice friendly and relaxing atmosphere making them ideal for families or friends that want to holiday together then retire to their own villa at night. There is always some one on hand if you need help.

The villa's share a large communal pools 16m long and 8m wide with a shallow end. There are sun loungers and pool side tables and chairs, a shower and toilet area for your use. The pool and sun loungers and all the pool side furniture is private to our villa's and is included in the cost of the villa.
Coast/Beach
The Kalkan area has several beautiful beaches. A very pleasant pebbly public beach with crystal-clear water is located just to the east of Kalkan's harbour; it (and the surrounding water) has earned a Blue Flag award for cleanliness.
Gorgeous Kaputas Beach is a lovely sandy swimming cove nestled at the foot of a striking mountain gorge, about 10 minutes from Kalkan.
Another option, Patara Beach, is part of a national park. It is a beautiful 16 kilometre stretch of sand backed by dunes.

Dalaman Airport 1,5 hours away from Kalkan.
Antalya Airport 2,5 hours away from Kalkan.

Kas is 29km. Patara beach is about 20 mins drive and has a magnificent beach which is over 16km long. The ruins at Xanthos and Letoon are 30 mins drive away from Kalkan.

An abundance of reasonably priced excellent quality restaurants, 3 well stocked supermarkets that will deliver shopping free, plus a weekly market held on Thursday. A pharmacy, dentist and doctor are in the town, plus post office and 3 banks for changing money

Diving and fishing and all water sports available on clear blue waters.
Enjoy a day relaxing in the sun on the deck of a boat as it cruises around the bay of Kalkan stopping to allow you to cool down in the clear blue waters of the eastern Mediterranean where you can swim or snorkle or take a mud bath.
Each villa has its own terrace supplied with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, should you decide to barbecue for yourself the owners will provide one for your personal use. From time to time, there is also a communal barbecue party by the swimming pool.
Booking notes
A 30% non refundable deposit is required, payment can be by bank transfer or cheque. Details will be sent upon receipt of booking form with the balance payable upon arrival. Outstanding balance can be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival. There is a 2% admin fee on credit card payments.
