The villa is one of an exclusive group of quality villas set on the stunning pine covered hillside amongst well tended gardens full of colourful flowers and mature shrubs. You can watch the many sailing boats in the pretty bay while eating al fresco on the terrace. The large shared pool is only a few short steps from the villa and has a bar serving drinks and snacks. Our villa is available to non smokers. If you are seeking peace and quiet there is no where better than Rosmarin, it is difficult to drag yourself away from the terrace and the views of the sea and marinas. The sunbeds on the terrace allow you to soak up the rays and enjoy the views, or you can snooze in the shade under the tree in the hammock.
The BBQ area is perfect for a lunch or supper with wonderful views of the sea. If you fancy a leisurely walk down to the town, then it is a very pleasant 25 mins walk and you can reward yourself with a cold beer and a meal in one of the many waterside cafes and restaurants.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Clients may arrive after 4pm on day of arrival and property must be vacated by 11am on day of departureto allow cleaning for incoming guests,unless arranged before hand.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and all the cooking utensils that are needed. The kitchen opens on to the terrace via French doors. |
| Living Rooms: | The large air-conditioned sitting room has a TV (DVDs only) and DVD player, a CD player and board games. Comfortable double sofa bed and sliding glazed doors that open onto a covered terrace, this is a place to sit, eat and enjoy the views in the shade. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Fresh white linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach and swimming towels). For 2 week lets there will be a linen, towel change and clean after first week. Extra linen change and cleaning available at extra cost. |

Accessibility
Due to the hillside location, this villa is not suitable for people with limited mobility and wheelchair users.
Outside
Outside furniture includes 4 sunbeds and cushions, large umbrella and table and chairs for 6. BBQ area with seating and stunning sea views. A lovely hammock for that afternoon siesta.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is Inlice approx 4km away; this is a volcanic sand beach, backed by a wooded area; it has a cafe on the beachfront and is a beautiful place to relax.
Travel
Travel time from Dalaman airport is 25 mins by car/taxi.Flights are available from all major UK airports. We can arrange transfers from airport if you wish (to be paid for locally). Car hire is recommended and details of local car hire firm can be given if required. You can easily enjoy a holiday at Rosmarin without hiring a car if you would prefer to use the minibus and taxis. There is a minibus from Rosmarin to Gocek town.
Distances
Gocek town is 10 mins by car and approx 25 mins walk down the hillside, a bit more of a trek back up. Fethiye market (35/40 mins away by car/ dolmus) is on a Tuesday. Xanthos (historical site), Dalyan Delta with mud baths and Turtle Beach, Saklikent Gorge, Olu Deniz Lagoon are all places of interest to visit. A excursion to Ephesus is a great trip to do but is better enjoyed with an overnight stay.
Further details
Gocek started life as a small fishing village and now has several smart marinas for exclusive yachts. It remains unspoilt with no high rise buildings and no noisy English pubs, so does not attract rowdy tourists. The town has all the facilities you will need such as banks, butchers, fishmongers, bakers, supermarkets greengrocers and a post office. There are many waterfront restaurants and cafes to choose from. Gocek market is on Sundays and is worth a visit also, there are traditional Turkish baths. Many boat trips leave from Gocek including the 12 islands trip. 24 hour site security and onsite staff to assist with any problems.
