The corner sofa converts to a double bed. The utility/storage room houses the washing machine. Beds 2 and 3 are on the ground floor as is the family bathroom. The marble staircase from the living room leads to the master suite and galleried area with access to extensive wooden sun deck and mezzanine sun area. On the first floor is the master suite with a large king sized bedroom, leading off to a private bathroom with bath tub. The villa has fabulous tiled flooring throughout. All furnishings brand new. There is no preferred changeover day, but guests will be advised at time of booking, the earliest time of arrival, and latest time of departure.

Bedrooms: All beds have air con, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading to the pool or upper terrace with fantastic views.
Master double bed has a safe, TV/DVD,en suite with bath/overhead shower, twin washbasins and wc. Bed 2 has a double bed. Bed 3 has twin beds.
Bathrooms: Downstairs is the the luxury fitted family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, washbasin and wc.
The upstairs master suite with bath/overhead shower, twin washbasins and wc. Both bathrooms have a wonderful suspended sink with a lovely glass surface.
Kitchen: Modern luxury open plan fully fitted and equipped integrated kitchen with sink/drainer, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, cookware all provided.
Utility Room: Utility/storage room. Washing machine, iron board and iron. Mop and cleaning equipment.

The villa has air-conditioning to the living room/kitchen area and all 3 bedrooms. Some games are provided at the villa ie dominoes, drafts, backgammon, cards, bat and ball, football, and a collection of novels.

Outside
The tiled pool is Roman shaped tiled with entry steps complete with underwater lighting. Pool size is 30sqm. The villa is on an elevated position which ensures that even on the hottest of days they benefit from gentle and cooling breezes. Add this to wonderful sunsets and starry skies and you have a tranquil and picturesque setting, perfect for a relaxing and carefree holiday.Woggles, lilo, inflatable ring, football, bat and ball are provided. Outdoor furniture - dining Table and 6 chairs, 3 sunloungers, 1 relaxer chair and foot rest, hammock, 8 giant bean bags.

Coast/Beach
There is a Dolmus stop near the villa, which runs a regular service to Bodrum and the surrounding villages on the peninsular. There are many beaches to choose from both with and without water sports, to suit all tastes. There are so many that you hardly need visit the same one twice.

Golf
There is a new 5 hole golf course in beautiful condition with Spa near Bodrum.

Travel
The villa is located about 45km from Bodrum airport. Transfers available on request. The drive takes approx 50 minutes and is very scenic, it includes a long stretch along the coast, stunning views of Bodrum and the St Peters castle and finally glimpses of a bygone Turkey as you climb the hills that form the spine of the peninsula and make your way towards Gumusluk. Car hire is recommended to explore the area, however taxis and Dolmus are available.

Distances
The villa is located 3km from Gumusuk, 7km from Yalakavak.
Turgutreis is about a 20 minute drive around the coast, and here you will find plentiful bars, restaurants and shops. There are 3 large supermarkets, banks, chemists and post office. On Saturdays there is a huge market that winds around the streets. Bodrum is 25km away. Nearest mini-market is 800m away.

Further details
Gumusluk (on the site of the ancient city of Myndos) is the prettiest and most unspoilt village on the Bodrum Peninsula, famous for its fish and seafood restaurants and glorious sunsets. There are a plethora of fine fish and seafood restaurants which must be sampled and you can sit and enjoy your meal by the waters edge. The whitewashed houses are bedecked with flowers - some were originally storehouses for the mandarins and lemons produced locally. 'Rabbit Island' is situated in the middle of the bay and is accessible by a partially sunken causeway offering amazing panoramic views and a cooling paddle across. The Island is home to thousands of rabbits that can be appreciated in their natural surroundings. Walks around Gumusluk are invigorating and rewarding, especially in Spring and early Summer when displays of wild flowers cast their shadows and mingle their fragrance with the smell of the sea. Gumusluk is ideal for diving and snorkelling in the clear calm waters of the bay. It is possible to see the remains of the sunken ruins. The local regular bus service (dolmus) stops 5 minutes walk away from the villas. This gives easy access to Bodrum and the rest of the peninsula. The villa has private car parking space. We would recommend that you hire a car in order to experience all that the area has to offer. However, if you simply want to relax around the villa and pool, with occasional trips to Gumusluk, Bodrum and elsewhere, then the dolmus (and perhaps a taxi from time to time) will be all that you need. The villa is situated about 25km from Bodrum and about 3km from the restaurants and beach at Gumusluk.
