The villa is situated on a hillside on the outskirts of Cesme. The centre of Cesme is a mere 5 minute walk past quaint houses and very friendly local people. With its private pool, which is checked every day for purity and its charming patio and garden it really is a restful haven. The glass and chrome walls which surround the property ensure that your views are always there for you. Even when you are relaxing under the beautiful blue skies. The entrance gate is also made from glass and chrome. The main sun terrace, very large, has beautiful wicker furniture with cushions included! For the person who likes to laze the day away at the pool, there are sun loungers with padded cushions.

Changeover day is usually Sunday, but we will try to accommodate alternative days.

| Living Rooms: | The large living room has 2 beautiful leather sofas with a fabulous swivel, leather 'master' chair. The large coffee table is made from leather with a glass top. TV/DVD/radio are included. Dining area is black pine table with 6 high back black chairs. |

Accessibility
The property is situated in a quite cul de sac, which has room for parking.While the property is on a small hill, there is a pathway, no steps, directly to the entrance gate. From there you have access to all of the ground floor area, pool, garden, sun terrace etc.

Private swimming pool, approx 8 x 4.5m. Garden, outdoor furniture, barbecue, sun terrace.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Teki beach, which is a small sandy beach about 10-12 mins walk. Really nice for swimming or for lounging, as it is in a lovely cove. In the general area, by local bus or car and only 10-15 mins drive, there are numerous beaches. All of these are superb for swimming, windsurfing, sailing or for just relaxing.
Travel
Cesme is a main port for passenger liners to Southern Italy and some of the Greek islands. The liners can be seen from the sun terrace. The nearest airport is at Izmir which is approx 70km away. Car hire is not necessary as Cesme town centre is only 5 mins walk from the property.
Distances
The centre of Cesme is about 5 mins walk from the villa. Local buses are readily available within 300m.The local taxi rank is about 8 mins walk from the property.
The newly completed Cesme Marina, which is absolutely stunning, is less than 10 minutes walk from the house.
The local towns of Ilica and Alacati are about 10 minutes by taxi or 15 mins by Local bus, which is great value. The Greek island of Chios is about 8km and can be accessed by ferry each day.
Further details
The town is well served by fine supermarkets, very efficient banks (of which there is plenty choice) and for some very fine restaurants. Not only is Cesme an attractive holiday resort it also has many historical regions and artefacts such as the castle in Cesme, the Haralambos church, the Arap Baba tomb, Karaoy ancient settlement area, Kopru bridge, Ertythral and Dalyan and Baba bays

About the owner
My wife and I who are from the South East of Ireland, bought this lovely house in Cesme because our family were grown up and we wanted to finally do something for ourselves. While we both still work, we try to get to Cesme at least twice each year. We have made lots of friends in Cesme - ex pats and locals.

Unique benefits of the property
Our house is only 3 or 4 minutes from the centre of the town, yet is extremely private. The house is on a small hill which is a cul de sac. The view from our house is one of the best in the entire area.
