This beautiful 6 bedroomed villa has views across the sea and mountains. The luxurious accommodation is split on 3 levels, with a well equipped kitchen, wonderfully decadent master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite facilities. Villa Yaz comfortably accommodates 12 adults or is adaptable for families. The interior is spacious, cool and designed to meet your every need. Each of the bedrooms has its own character but are all united by an attention to detail, fine materials and opulent comfort. The richly marbled bathrooms create a sense of discreet luxury. You may not want to leave the villa! But if you do, you will find plenty to see and do. The Kalamar Beach Club is just 300 mtrs and the unspoilt village of Kalkan, offering a variety of restaurants and interesting shops, is approximately a fifteen minute stroll away. With a five minute taxi ride back to the villa after an evening out if you don’t feel like the walk. Villa Yaz is ideal for a relaxing break.

Cleaning/towels/

Towels and linen included, changed twice a week, when villa is cleaned throughout. Pool and sun terraces, maintained daily. Refuse collected daily. Fresh bread can be delivered each morning. Sun towels may be borrowed but washed ready for the next guests. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms are fitted with air-conditioning which can also be used for heating. The ground floor is cooled adequately by two large ceiling fans and plenty of doors that open onto the terrace. Access to the villa is via six steps at the front or two steps from the side. A welcome pack is provided. An information booklet with emergency numbers and contact details of our managing agent in Kalkan is provided. Car hire can be organised if required which includes a driver meeting you at the airport, driving you to the villa and arranging delivery of your hire car. Please note: Smoking is not permitted in the house, on the balconies or on the terraces. The marble flooring inside and out becomes very slippery when wet please take special care, particularly families with very small children.

Accessibility
Bedroom 6 is on the ground floor adjacent to a shower room and toilet. Access to side of property via 2 steps from road. Parking space.
Outside
The outside terrace has plenty of shade provided by the tiled pergolas for alfresco dining, served from the large stone built BBQ and flavoured with herbs picked freshly from the garden. Or you can just 'chill out' on the comfortable wrought iron chairs, bean bags, and sunbeds dotted around the beautiful walled garden. The infinity pool (7m x 5m) with underwater lighting, (1.5m shallow & 2m deep) and jacuzzi have stunning sea and mountain views. The shaded eating area with table and chairs to seat 12 are ideal for long, lazy meals. The terraces and balconies have plenty of lighting and provide a romantic ambiance during the balmy evenings. The villa has a parking space at the front.
Coast/Beach
Kalkan (approx 20 min stroll) is a pretty village on the edge of the Toros Mountains with whitewashed houses and steep cobbled streets. Shopping is a delight and there are a myraid of wonderful restaurants offering a wide variety of dishes. Places to visit within easy reach by car - Lycian Way, Saklikent Gorge, Kekova sunken city, Tlos, Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara the magnificent beach of Patara with a sparkling length of pale golden sand that stretches for 18km!
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport, now open all year round is approx 1.5 hours drive. Dalaman has direct flights from many airports in the UK, including direct flights with British Airways. Antalya airport is a 2.5 - 3 hour drive. Transfers by private taxi or minibus and car hire from Kalkan, can be arranged with prior notice.
Distances
Kalamar Bay is ideal for people looking for peace and tranquillity. There are a few hotels in Kalamar, they welcome guests if you fancy a cool beer. Villa Yaz is 300 mtrs from Kalamar Beach Club – soak up the sun, eat in the small, friendly restaurant or take part in the many water sports offered. (You can also get free wireless internet connection).
Further details
A hire car is not essential, but there are no shops in Kalamar. Taxis will come from Kalkan and most of the supermarkets offer a home delivery service, for you and your shopping! Korsan Restaurant also do a home delivery service. The nearest bank is in Kalkan, 5 mins by car.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A damage deposit cheque for £250 is required with your final balance - this will be held and returned in to you in full within 2 weeks of your return home, provided there are no major breakages/damages to the villa or its contents (other than normal wear and tear). All damage and breakages must be paid for in full.
