Most holidays are Monday to Monday but we are flexible if we can accommodate.

TV and DVD player and music system. Kitchen has oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer fridge/freezer kitchen fully equipped cutlery, crockery etc.

Kitchen has oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer kitchen fully equipped cutlery, crockery etc iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Upstairs 1 double rooftop bedroom en suite bathroom Jacuzzi bath doors onto rooftop terrace superb sea views.

1 twin bedroom,wardrobe and drawers with vanity unit en suite bathroom with power shower, doors lead onto large balcony with awnings Open salon and kitchen with dining table and chairs, 2 sofabeds and armchairs, tv, dvd, cd player. Fully equipped kitchen, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, ironing board and hairdryer. Opens onto same large balcony seating for 6 outside with awning. Upstairs 1 rooftop double bedroom with en suite bathroom jacuzzi bath opens onto separate large private terrace with seating and umbrella.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have Mosquito screens and air conditioning/heaters.
Good solar power system. We can supply travel cots, babysitting services, bbqs etc. We are open all year round.
All towels and linens provided. Full clean once a week. Welcome pack provided (better than average!)

Outside
Large 35msq pool shared between just 3 aparts. Poolside shower. Pool terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. Seating areas and a large outdoor BBQ. A pretty shady garden available with seating area to relax in pretty and secluded.

Coast/Beach
We are situated in central Kalkan. It is a 10 min stroll through the old town to the local beach in the centre of Kalkan which is a small white pebble bay. There are various beach clubs with swim platforms and full facilities nearby that offer a free shuttle service. Patara some 17km of sand is a 15 minute drive by car buses run there regularly. Kaputas a beautiful turqouise bay also 10mins away by car buses also run there regularly.
Watersports and Diving available as well as boat trips.

Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport. App 1.5 hrs from Kalkan by car. Antalya is 3hrs away by car. We can arrange transfers for you or help you with local companies with English speaking drivers. It is more cost effective to arrange a transfer than get a taxi from the airport. It is easy to rent cars in Kalkan although not necessary again we can help with this.

Distances
We are a 2 min stroll to the local amenities, market, shops, post office and bank. We are situated in the heart of the lively weekly market where tourists and locals alike shop for fruit, veg, jewellery, clothes etc. A 10 min stroll through the old town with all its superb restaurants brings you to the harbour and beach.

Further details
Kalkan is ideally situated to explore the local area. We are in the heart of the Lycian Coast situated at the foot of the Taurus mountains. Xanthos, Patara, Letoon, Kekova to name a few are all nearby. Car hire is reasonable and there are many organised trips and regular buses. There are many delightful boat trips from the harbour everyday exploring the local bays and islands. Scuba Diving available. Walks along the Lycian Coast trial. Kalkan has many very good quality restaurants many with terraces boasting spectacular views of the harbour. Sslamlar is a nearby village up in the mountains a little cooler in the heat of the summer it has a few very reasonable restaurants serving fresh water trout as well as traditional mezes kebabs etc. There are currently 3 banks in Kalkan with ATMs.

Booking notes
For bookings please contact the owners. We require a fully refundable breakables deposit of £100 upon booking.
A £150 deposit upon booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before booking date.
