The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is furnished with all mod cons. It boasts stunning mountain views and is only a 5 minute walk from the traffic free beach promenade. It has a very large shared swimming pool (9 other villas) and a childrens pool. Calis Beach is a 35 minute drive from Dalaman airport and only a 5 minute drive from the beautiful bay of Fethiye. The world famous Olu Denis lagoon is 10 miles away. The beach front in Calis is lined with around 100 bars and restaurants and Villa Laurenta is perfectly located only being a five minute stroll away. The Calis market is 400m from the Villa and there is also a Water Park around 150 meters away. There are Tennis Courts situated 50m away. You can catch a Dolmus (the local bus) outside the Villa to Fethiye Bay (40p) or catch a Water Taxi from Calis Beach (300 m from Villa) which is extremely cheep (80p) and very enjoyable.

Changeover day

Outside
Comfortable padded wicker furniture on terrace, and all balconies provided with patio furniture. Sun loungers and umbrellas also provided. Large shared swimming pool with childrens pool and landscaped gardens.
Coast/Beach
Calis beach is only 300m from the villa and has a traffic free promenade which is perfect for kids. Along the promenade is around 100 bars and restaruants, several parks and a childrens funfair.
Travel
Dalaman airport is around 35 minutes drive away and airport transfers can be arranged (£60 return for a car and £120 for a private fully insured minibus (up to 10 people). Hire car is not essential as taxis, dolmus (local bus) or water taxis are very cheep.
Booking notes
£100 per week non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the full balance due 10 weeks before arrival.
