It has stunning panoramic sea and mountain views, a large, private swimming pool with integral jacuzzi and underwater lighting, poolside verandas (one with BBQ) with outside dining area. Kisla is one of the most desirable areas of Kalkan, peaceful during the day but within easy reach of the atmospheric 'old town' with its exclusive boutiques and many superb restaurants - about 200 in all.

Outside
There is a large, private swimming pool with integral jacuzzi and underwater lighting, poolside verandas (one with BBQ) for dining with discreet lighting for late night socialising. There are 8 sunloungers, a settee, small tables and 2 large parasols for relaxing on the pool terrace. It has a well planted garden and gated parking.
Coast/Beach
The villa is within walking distance to three beach clubs with restaurants and water sports as well as sunbathing and swimming. There is a free water taxi service to Kalkan harbour from the beach clubs. The nearest sandy beach is a 10 minute drive, whilst it takes 20 minutes to drive to Patara beach. This beach has about 10km of glorious white sand.
Travel
Dalaman airport is one and a half hours by taxi. We can pre-book airport transfer to and from the villa on your behalf at extra cost.
Distances
Kalkan village is either a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi journey. Taxis are reliable and reasonably priced.
Further details
There is a small local supermarket within walking distance, as well as a street cafe and shop. The street cafe offers takeaway meals as well as delivering groceries, including large bottled drinking water. There are exclusive restaurants in both Villa Mahal Boutique hotel and Club Patara, again, within easy walking distance.
Booking notes
The price quoted is for renting the whole villa for up to eight people. Flights and transportation to and from the villa are not included. Guests need their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions or damage to the property. A £200 non-refundable deposit is required when booking with the remainder (+ £50 refundable damage cover) at least three weeks from the arrival date.
