The property is fully air-conditioned, boiler for continuous hot water. This property is ideally suitable for 2 couples/family with having 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a ground floor cloakroom. This is a non-smoking apartment please reframe from smoking inside. Ashtrays are provided on balconies if required.

Outside
Patio area with table and chairs and garden to front for a relaxing breakfast, lunch or romantic evening meal. There is a full width balcony on the first floor with table and chairs. The gardens and shared pool area are attended to daily by a maintenance team. Large pool 10 meters from patio equipped with teak sun-beds, chairs and tables, showers for the residents use. Night lighting to complex. 24hr security, single entrance to complex.
Coast/Beach
This accommodation is excellently positioned just five minutes by bus to all local amenities, attractions.
Set in a large bay Marmaris offers a beautiful sandy beach along its whole length with all kinds of water sports.
Travel
Dalaman is the local airport which is about 80 minutes to Marmaris.
Taxi to Marmaris is £50 each way (this can be arranged when booking is confirmed).
Marmaris has a very good mini bus service (dolmus) which run everywhere day and evening time for very little money.
Distances
Just 5 minutes by bus or a 15 minute walk will bring you to the heart of Marmaris with its stylish palm lined promenade and pedestrianised yacht marina and exclusive boutiques.
Further details
The town centre with its many bars, restaurants also has supermarkets, banks and around the 16th century Ottoman castle in the old town the large bazaar where you can shop and haggle for all your souvenirs.
Booking notes
Bookings are secured with a £100 deposit non refundable and the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. Stays of longer than two weeks are negotiable for discounts. A security deposit is required of £100 payable when balance is due and returnable one week after rental period.
Prices are based on up to 4 people.

David (22/7/08) Great holiday! Really nice apartment and pool area. A real home from home except it's tidier, has a swimming pool and the sun shines every day! Everyone we talked to around the pool were very nice (some were owners who lived there). Forget the package holiday hotels and apartments, this was of a very much higher standard. The taxi from/to Dalaman airport that Kevin arranged was bang on time each way and very convenient. This is our 3rd time to Marmaris and without doubt has been the best accommodation and setting. Highly recommended.
Diane (24/6/08) Would recommend Apartment which was very spacious and tastefully decorated with everything you need. On a lovely peaceful secure complex. Nice clean swimming pool, and the staff we spoke to were friendly. Dolmus stops outside main gates every few minutes if you want to go into main town. Plenty of places to eat and drink a couple of minutes walk. Of course we love Marmaris we've been 15 times.
