Being on the top floor and close to the sea in front of the apartment, an enviable postion that few can match. It offers you an uninterrupted panoramic view of the whole of the bay of Kalkan, its islands, the harbour and the town. This luxurious apartment is fully air-conditioned and has marble flooring throughout. It is tastefully furnished in contemporary decor to a high standard. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has large glass doors which lead onto the balcony. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset while siping your favourite glass of wine or G & T. There is a large kidney shape shared pool and you can also enjoy the magnificient views when you are swimming and sunbathing. Located in the prestigous area of Kalkan called Komurluk, from this impressive Olympos apartment, it takes you only 10-15 miuntes to stroll into town.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Our rental rates are inclusive of water, electricity, linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. We offer discount for long winter lets and also for couple occupancy during low and off season. Regret, no pets.
Changeover day
Changover day is flexible. The rental period commences at 3p.m. on the first day and finishes at 10am on the last day. If you are arriving early or depart after 10am please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate your request.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is an ensuite master bedroom with a small balcony with sea view. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and can be made as a double. Bedroom 3 is a single room with a small balcony with sea view. Quality curtains are used in all the bedrooms. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has a bath, shower attachment, basin and wc. The shower room with wc and basin is shared by the other two bedrooms. |
| Kitchen: | The fully equipped modern kitchen has solid grantie worktops, cooker (both gas & electric), stainless steel oven, extractor fan, fridge & freeze, dish washer, toaster and kettle. |
| Utility Room: | An iron, iroing broad and hair dryer are also provoded for the use of guests. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is comfortably furnished with a 2-seater and 3-seater rattan sofa, coffee table, end table and table lamp. The apartment is decorated with prints by famous artists. |

Outside
The apartments has a large kidney shape swimming pool which offers you mangnificient views while you wre swiming and sunbathing. There is a covered terrace by the pool area should you wish to cool off in the shade when it gets too hot! The roof terrace on the top of the apartments also offers you a fantastic views of the sea, Kalkan and its surrounds.
Coast/Beach
The attractive Palm Beach Club is only 2-3 minutes walk down to the water front from the apartment. It has a swimming and sunbathing platform with sun loungers and parasols, a restaurant and sitting areas to relax. You can spend a whole day there on the sun lounger while the staff look after and cater for your refreshment needs. Kalkan has a pleasant pebble beach and the water is clean and crystal clear. The lovely Patara beach which is merely 25 minutes drive away has fine white sands.
Travel
The nearest airport to Kalkan is Dalaman. The tunnel has now opened and the journey from the airport is 1hr 30 minutes. We can assist you to arrange for your transfer to and from the airport if required. Although hiring a car is not essential during your stay in Kalkan, it is convenient to have your own transport if you wish to explore the surrounding areas and other resorts. Taxis are fairy cheap and plentiful. There are buses which go to Kas, Patara also Fethiye which is 1 hr away.
Distances
This beautiful Mediteranean area is steeped in history with many Lycian historical places such as Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos and Patara within easy reach. The habour town of Kas is only 25 minutes drive away and it is a major halting point on 'blue Cruises' itineraries, and yacht and gulet cutlure.
The Lycian coastline is of great beauty and worth exploring by car. It is a must to visit the Patara beach (25 minutes away), a 18 kilometres white sandy beach which has recently been described
Further details
The old town of Kalkan is simply charming. The white washed houses with balcony still retain its traditonal character and you will enjoy strolling the cobbled streets which wind down to the water front. The streets are linned with shops that offer you merchandise from clothes, handbags, jewellery to local arts and crafts. They are open until midnight!
Kalkan has over 100 restaurants. Many has excellant standards serving international cuisine and Turkish food. Some are along the water front and many have roof terrace with fabulous views of the sea which are very popular. There are also plently of small family run restaurants offering good value for money. Kalkan has a lively atmosphere in the evenings with plenty of bars and cafes open till late. You can sit in the open air and watch the world goes by. There are lots of sporting activities you can enjoy in or around Kalkan, inculding scuba diving, sea canoeing, jet ski-ing. Or if you feel less enegetic, why not take a boat trip around the bays and the isalnds. You can dive off and swim or simply relax and enjoy a superb lunch on board. Kalkan has several mini supermarkets, three banks, chemists, a post office and a Turkish Bath. There is a popular Thursday market for gerenal goods, clothings, food and vegetablesin town as well as a Sunday market located just on the outskirt of Kalkan.
Booking notes
The apartment is available to let all year round. From June to September minimum 1 week let. A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent is required upon booking. A fully refundable security deposit of £250 is payable to cover breakages with the balance of the rent, due 8 weeks before the rental period. The rental rates are inclusive of water, electricity, linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
