Villa Juliette is a beautiful detached property. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen leading to a spacious dining and living area with French doors that open onto the large pool area. There are 3 bathrooms, 4 double bedrooms and an open plan 3 single bedded room leading onto the roof terrace on the top floor. The master bedroom is en-suite and has its own private terrace overlooking the pool and views of Kalkan Bay. All rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished with air conditioning. The well maintained landscaped garden has a large 9x4m private swimming pool and sun terrace as well as grassed area with a range of tropical and indigenous plants.

Coast/Beach
Kalkan beach is approx 15 mins walk away. Patara beach is about 15 mins drive and beautiful Kaputas beach with its cystal clear water is approx 15 mins drive away.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport and is approx 1 hour 40 mins away. Arrangements can be made if you require transfers.
Distances
Kas is the nearest town approx 30 mins drive away.
Further details
There are in excess of a 100 restaurants to choose from many roof top, boasting the fabulous views. There are 3 supermarkets in Kalkan. A bank with cash machine although there are numerous places to change currency. The Turkish Baths is worth a visit. Boat trips are available from the harbour along with water sports and diving. We have an English speaking agent who can advise and make any necessary arrangements for you.

A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking with balance payable 6 weeks prior to travel.
