Within comfortable walking distance of all Altinkum's golden beaches, and equally comfortably away from the after dark partying, Arena Park Villas are all privately owned in England. A 5 minute drive from the main beach, the complex has its own 25m swimming pool and separate children's pool. Sunbeds are available for around the pool or on the grassed areas between villas. This villas each have their own beautiful sun terraces. Number 13 gets the full benefit of afternoon sun; number 14 gives a choice of sun or shade. Both have been equipped as your home from home to guarantee your total comfort, enjoyment and relaxation.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK pounds, and are fully inclusive of air-conditioning, fans, electricity, and gas bottle for hob. Bed linen, towels, tea towels are provided. There is no smoking in the villa. For periods longer than 2 weeks please call to discuss terms. Where a rental period covers more than 1 month the rent will be assessed on the count of days in each month.

Bedrooms: Master Bedroom 1 (top floor) with double bed and air-conditioning. Bedroom 2 (1st floor) twin beds - can push together. Bedrooms 3 & 4 (1st floor) bunk beds - solid adult sized beds. Quality furniture and mirrors, floor fans, digital safe, mosquito nets and security bars. Bathrooms: Top floor master suite bathroom is fitted with jacuzzi and shower. There is a separate bathroom with large walk-in shower on the first floor. The ground floor has an additional WC cloakroom. Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, gas and electric hob, mini oven/grill, toaster, health grill, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board. It is generously supplied with pots, pans, crockery, glassware and utensils. Living Rooms: The air conditioned lounge/dining room has a large sofa and 2 armchairs which all fold flat, coffee table, standard lamp, large colour TV, DVD player with sound system, CD radio, a supply of books and DVDs, dining table and chairs. |

Notes on accommodation
Floor fans have been provided in every room and all windows and balcony doors are fitted with mosquito nets and security bars. The top floor master suite and the lounge / dining room are air-conditioned. Both villas have been equipped to be your home from home. Children are well catered for with the separate pool and highchairs and cots can be made available. Bedding and towels are provided for 8 people with one change. Tea towels are provided. Thoroughly cleaned at changeover.
Accessibility
To fully enjoy this property you need to be able to climb stairs and walk around the site - paths are not wide enough for wheelchairs and roads/pathways in the area would also be a challenge.
Outside
Stunning roof top terrace is a sun trap by day and alfresco dining area by night. Chimney BBQ, sink, marble worktops, patio tables and chairs, sunbeds. All bedrooms and the lounge have additional balconies and extra patio furniture. The pool is a full 25 metres in length and allows for serious swimming as well as welcome play in the heat and sun.
Coast/Beach
Arena Park Villas are less than 2km north of the main beaches and resort, less than 1km west of the centre of Didim and yards from open countryside. All the beaches have beautiful golden sand and gentle sloopes into long shallow areas of sea.
Travel
Best airport is Bodrum - transfer time approx 90 mins. Worth considering is Izmir, transfer time 2 hours. Avoid Dalaman - 3 hours! A tourist visa costs £10 per person payable at the airport. There are no forms to fill in and it is valid for 3 months. A car is useful but by no means essential with the availability of courtesy services for restaurants and beaches, taxis and the local dolmus minibus.
Distances
Altinkum is an easy base from which to explore many historic and scenic sites. The Temple of Apollo at Didyma is at the top of Main Street; Ephesus - a wonder of the ancient world - is an easy excursion to take, as are Pamukkale's white sulphur cliffs (where you can swim in the warm natural springs known as Cleopatra's pool) -and Istanbul. There is a fine choice of water sports, markets, designer outlets and villages to visit. Tremendous value for money trips are available through local agents.

Early evening sees bustling streets boasting good shopping and lively bars offering entertainment for all the family. An array of restaurants and snack bars offer traditional Turkish cuisine and European dishes side by side on the menu. The waterfront area is lively and is certainly the place to party after dark. Arena Park Villas are a comfortable distance away, making any noise easy to escape. This is a holiday destination for couples, families and friends of all ages to enjoy. Three supermarkets are within walking distance and there is a corner shop close by for ice-cream, beer and other essentials.

Payment can be made via electronic transfer or by cheque. We require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. Payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to departure. For holiday's to be taken within 8 weeks of making the booking, the full balance is due on booking.
