Seafront villa Sema is located on the Kas Peninsula just outside the picturesque town of Kas, with its own beach platforms and spectacular sea views from every room. The villa has its own private swimming pool and share the garden (3500 sq.m.) and the beach with 4 other villas. The sea is only 1 minute away: a few steps through the garden lead you to the sea and beach platforms. The villa offers 230(!) square meters of indoor living space as well as plenty of partly shaded space on the outside terrace. Even at full occupation the considerable space ensures for guests to escape in peace and quiet, making it ideal for families, friends travelling together and those simply wishing to relax in comfort to enjoy those stunning views.

Booking notes
At time of booking a non-refundable holding deposit of 25% will be required with the balance being payable 8 weeks before your holiday start date. A £ 200,- returnable damages deposit is required. End of stay cleaning (£59) and linen package (£9 per person) are not included in the prices. The villas can be booked directly on our website.

"A modern, clean villa with a lovely view and great pool. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds comfy. The access to the sea [from the rocks] was brilliant too. A big well stocked kitchen is available if you like to cook your own meals. I would advise anyone booking this villa to be aware that having a car is an advantage. There is a local bus service to Kas (which is 3km away) but all shops and most restaurants are there. The owners can arrange airport transfers (and car hire) and the local couple who look after the property are excellent and speak good English."
