Golden Park is a 15 minute stroll from the resort centre of Altinkum,or 10 minutes on the courtesy bus service, and is surrounded by green park area given you peace and tranquility. Facilites within the complex include reception, 24 hour security, olympic size swimming pool, childrens pool, Jacuzzi, bar/restaurant with pool table, led TV with Sky channels, courtesy bus service running 3 times a day to and from the complex. Two air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin), one bathroom with toilet bath and overhead shower and one with toilet & shower cubicle. The upstairs living room with ceiling fan has two sofa-beds which accommodates two people and a modern kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, stereo and new LED flatscreen TV to make holidaying easy. There is a balcony located off the main bedroom overlooking the pool and a large terrace off the lounge .

15 minute walk to Altinkum beach. A courtesy bus also operates from the complex.Watersports are available and there is a waterpark near by and a selection of many trips if you would like to venture out.

£100 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking
Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A £100 damage bond is also required with the final balance, this will be refunded once the apartment has been inspected after your stay.

Hello my name is Marie and I own the apartment. I bought it 7 years ago when before they were even built and had many lovely holidays there.
I live in Nottingham and I'm quite happy for my guests to call me at work or mobile on 01332-209313 or 07968-719272 as I know it helps to put your mind at rest when booking.
This is the second time that I have re-furbished the apt and it feels very homely when you get inside, there is lots of space each time I go there I keep adding new things to make it better.
There is something for everybody in without it being to lively. Please feel free to contact me and I will answer any questions you may have.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I bought the apartment as an investment to begin with but each time I go there I fall in love with it more and more and when I finish work will spend far more time there.
The apt is spacious and based over 2 floors so you do not feel like you are living in each others pockets especially as it has 2 bathrooms.
Ramo who i have none for years owns the pool bar is a massive asset to the complex as he puts on some really good entertainment that you would not normally find in a complex,his food is amazing especially the Ottaman.
There are supermarkets near by where you can buy everything and local bakeries.
You are close enough to the bars and restaurants but are able to come back to the complex to avoid any late night noise from the clubs.
