Huge open plan upper floor with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and lounge/play area. Air conditioned throughout. The apartment building has door intercom and security with regular concierge service and lifts to all floors. This is one of the largest duplexes in Altinkum. Large pool is shared with only a few apartments and is often for sole use. Pool area is gated for safety and security. Poolside sunbeds provided.

Coast/Beach
Altinkum's second beach - the least busy and nicest - is less than a minute's walk from the front door, so no need to load yourself like a packhorse with everything for the day as you can pop back when you want.

Travel
Nearest airport is Bodrum - transfer is about 90 minutes and can be booked via the owner. Expect around £45 each way for 4-6 people.
Car hire is not required to enjoy the apartment as everything is walkable.

Distances
Local attractions include Ephesus - famous ruined Roman city(2 hours by car), Pamukkale - incredible natural salt baths (3 hours), Bodrum - busy market town (90 mins), Izmir - Turkey's third city (2 hours), Soke - market and retail outlet shopping (50 mins), Kusadasi - buzzing resort and water parks(1 hour), Didim Aquapark (30 mins).

Further details
There are lots of excellent local stores within a few minutes walk and at least 3 good supermarkets a short bus ride away.
Restaurants are everywhere. Friendly, good value and the food is great!
The Saturday market is a must for great clothes, leather goods and superb fresh produce.

Booking notes
Bookings can only be confirmed by the owner and require a 25% deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel (or immediately if this is sooner). Keys will be sent to you in the UK before departure and should be brought back and returned in the same way - a £100 refundable deposit is required until the keys are returned with confirmation of no breakages or damage.
