Situated on the seafront of the small holiday resort called Calis Beach the apartment overlooks the beautiful bay of Fethiye. Calis enjoys refreshing afternoon breezes and beautiful red sunsets every day. The extensive beach is right opposite the apartment - it couldn't be closer. Our 'Sea Breeze' apartment is part of a block of modern apartments that sit right on the Calis Beach seafront. Sea Breeze has magnificent panoramic views over Aegean islands as well as glimpses of the Toures Mountain. Superbly situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, these distinctive apartments offer spacious yet refined accommodation designed to a high standard of comfort and style. Within approximately 400m walking distance to the centre of Calis, a charming modern sea side town with plentiful shops and restaurants.

Linen and towels included (no beach towels). For 2 week stays there is an additional charge for an optional weekly linen change. Cleaned weekly on changeover. The price includes a welcome pack consisting of water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and bread. |
Notes on accommodation
Accommodation is suitable for 2 couples or families. Not suitable for toddlers or children under 5 years. The TV is a TV/DVD combo and is for general music and DVD entertainment. (It is not connected for TV channel reception.)

Outside
The complex offers a communal swimming pool and pleasant gardens. Communal sunbeds are provided for use by the pool.
Coast/Beach
The nearest large town of Fethiye is only 3km along the coast and retains all the ancient charm for which this area is famous. The famous beach resort of Olu Deniz is approx 10km and is a big attraction for tourists, paragliders and sunbathers.
Çalis Beach over 2km long is just across the bay from Fethiye. There is a boat-taxi service known as the Boat Dolmus that departs about every 30 mins or so and takes you from the center of Calis to the harbourside of Fethiye in a 25 min boat ride.
Travel
The nearest airport is at Dalaman, approx 45km to the northwest with 35 mins transfer time to the resort. Transfers cost is £50 return for 1-3 people and £60 return for 4 people. Transfer fees are payable in sterling to our representative at the resort. Please do not pay the driver. Please note there is a £10 visa fee payable at the airport on arrival (for all tourist arrivals).
Distances
Local shops and restaurants are only a short walk away.
A new hospital is only 5 mins by car.
Further details
There is a regular bus service to Fethiye, known as the Dolmus, that departs every 10 mins or so and takes you into the center of Fethiye. The apartment is in one of the best, (if not the best) locations along the sea front in Calis (pronounced Challis).
The promenade ends within 200m of the access road to the apartment (1085 Sokak) which has some parking places at the top end near the promenade. The promenade is a vehicle free zone.
Here are a few things that you might find time to do whilst on holiday in Calis.
Haircut & Shave: For men this is a 'must' experience. Turkish bath: For the perfect relaxing steam and massage experience. Waterpark: The Aqua Park is nearby the beach and is great for the kids. Car hire: Explore this magnificent area by hiring a car for the day. Dining: For the best Turkish cuisine, dine out in the Fethiye Bazaar or by the twinkling lights of the harbour. Best of all have your evening meal every night watching the incomparable sunset at Calis. Markets: Haggle for bargains at the large Calis Sunday Market or Tuesday Fethiye Market. Boat trips: Sail the twelve island boat trip, or one of the many other daily trips. Watersports: Calis and Oludeniz offer a great choice of water sports. Paragliding: Oludeniz is the centre for this exciting experience. Historical sites: Local excursions, there is plenty to see in this country of ancient history. Mud bath: Enjoy a therapeutic mud bath at Dalyan and visit Turtle beach. Oludeniz: Take in the breathtaking beauty of Oludeniz and the turquoise blue lagoon.
Booking notes
30% non-refundable deposit is payable within 7 days after booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to start of rental. A £150 refundable security deposit is payable with the balance, and will be returned within 14 days of end of rental period subject to satisfactory report from property agent.
