Luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool constant depth 1.45m in the beautiful picturesque, tranquil and peaceful location of Kalamar Bay, Kalkan. All rooms are air conditioned and have cool marble flooring. The property briefly comprises of a lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and utility room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have sea views and balconies. 2nd floor also has 2 bedrooms, 1 double (Master) en suite with Jacuzzi bath. Spacious balcony and amazing sea view. There is also a twin bedroom with balcony. 3rd Floor, single bedroom and roof terrace with shaded pergola and Turkish ottoman seating area (ideal for watching the sunset or pre-dinner drinks). Arrangements can be made for fresh bread and milk to be delivered each morning. There is a small safe to store valuables. Our local managing agents speak excellent English and will meet you at the villa on your arrival.

You will have contact details of our local managing agent. They will also meet you at the villa on your arrival they speak excellent English and will be able to answer any questions. Our agents telephone number is stored in the Turkish cell phone in the villa, so you can call them, text them should you have any queries.
We can arrange reasonable car hire which can include a driver meeting you at the airport and driving you to the villa.
Please note, no smoking in the villa.

Outside
Private pool with a constant depth of 1.5m. Ideal for both experienced and non swimmers for sole use of residents. 8 x pool sunloungers with cushions and three parasols. Outdoor poolside barbecue. Outdoor marble dining table with eight seats and cushions, ideal for alfresco dining. Villa also has private garage so if you do hire a car it can be kept out of the sun.
Coast/Beach
Kalamar Beach & Beach Club is less than 10 minutes walk of the villa. There is internet access from the beach club for those who can't leave work behind.
Kalamar Beach is a rocky outcrop that has been adapted to facilitate sun bathing, swimming and water sports. There are restaurants and bars at the beach club. Waterskiing, snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing within 10 mins (walking) of Villa.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is the closest. Transfer time is approximately one and a half hours. Transfers can be arranged on request.
Once at the villa car hire is not essential, however it does allow additional freedom. There are however local buses that will transport you cheaply.
Distances
Distance to main village (Kalkan) 1.5km. 20-30 minutes walk. In a taxi around 4 minutes, £4.00.
Kas is approx half hour drive along a beautiful coastline with fantastic views.
Fethiye is 1 hour drive away, don't miss the market on Tuesdays.
Further details
There are a number of banks and cash machines in Kalkan not to forget the village Post Office. Kalkan is transformed at night. It begins to bustle at dusk and there is excitement in the air, the delicious smell of food being prepared. Kalkan is famous for it's fine dining and outstanding service in some of the most beautiful roof terrace and harbourside restaurants, most of which have incredible views over the bay. Infact, Kalkan has well over 100 restaurants, which makes for incredible choice, quality and outstanding value. Restaurants serve everything from Traditional Turkish meals to International Cuisine. Meals are often lingered over for hours in the refreshing evening air finishing after midnight. After dark the old town really comes alive. There are jazz and other live music bars, and several disco bars if you want to party late. Or maybe you might prefer to listen to a violin recital at the harbour side, or enjoy a Turkish night with music and belly dancing. The streets are busy with shoppers in the evening, and shops stay open until at least midnight selling some beautiful hand crafted carpets, intricately decorated ceramics and gold and silver jewellery sold by weight. Infact you can find just about everything in Kalkan from the latest O'neal surf gear to Turkish delight. Several Tailors are ready to make made-to-measure suits from Excellent Turkish cloth, and high fashion boutiques offer the latest in designer fashion.
Beautiful beaches, ancient ruins and adventure treks and mountain biking within easy reach of villa (30-45 minutes by car). Also within 45 minutes are mud baths and white water rafting at the Saklikent Gorge.

Booking notes
£200 Deposit to secure booking (non-refundable).
Balance 10 weeks prior to arrival date, plus a Damage Deposit of £200. Damage Deposit will be returned within two weeks of vacating premises. Subject to no damage of villa (minor breakages will not be charged for).

Sandarra is a fabulous villa, lots of space, comfortable, close enough to town to make going out every night really easy. Best of all was the service that we had from Sandra and Paul from the moment we booked the villa, arranging the transfers to and from the airport and being certain that we had all the relevant information to make our stay completely enjoyable and hassle free.
