Changeover day
Villa is reserved from 1600hrs on your day of arrival. Departure time is generally 1200hrs noon. Flexible changeover day available subject to incoming guests.

Coast/Beach
6-12 mins walk to nearest beach. 10-15 mins walk to Dolphin squares largest beach. Number of other beautiful beaches to choose from close by.
Travel
Bodrum is the nearest airport being 75 mins away or Izmir is about 110 mins away. We can arrange private transfers to and from the airport to your luxury villa (price on per person). A car is not essential as the local dolmus (local mini-bus) runs about every 15 mins and will cost about 50p for the destination. Or take 10-15 mins walk along the golden sandy sea front promenade to Dolphin Square.
Further details
The main centre is Dolphin Square and there is a modern shopping complex. Two main supermarkets, Gima and Migros, between the seafront and town centre. Everything from disco dancing, karaoke and belly-dancing to bingo. Those who are more energetic can try their hand at wind surfing, jet-skiing, pedaloes, a banana boat ride or perhaps a scuba diving lesson all with easy walking distance.

Payable to owners (25% on booking outstanding balance eight weeks before departure). £100 is required as a refundable deposit, which will be held against loss or damage of property.
