Recently built, good sized linked villa, situated in charming, tranquil landscaped gardens with pools. Villa is approx. 50m from Mediterranean beach and opposite beautiful rugged mountains. Calis Beach is most famous for its breathtaking sunsets and cooling breezes, an unspoilt 4Km of sand and shingle. The villa is close to local supermarkets, and there is a local market on Sundays. There are a good variety of bars and restaurants all within a very short stroll along the paved promenade. In addition to that you may choose to enjoy a short boat or Dolmus ride to the town of Fethiye. Here you will find historical and cultural sights and artefacts. Enjoy the Bazaar with its narrow streets and squares, great for shopping and dining out. Pick a fish and have it cooked for you in the fish market restaurants. Shop and eat delicious 'turkish pancakes' in the large market on Tuesdays. Indulge yourself with a traditional turkish massage.

40m walk to unspoilt 4 kilometres of sand and shingle beach, providing water sports, or sunbeds for comlpete relaxation.
Choose from a variety of excursions, from boat trips around the many pretty islands to jeep safaris into the beautiful mountain areas.
Travel
Appox 45mins from Dalaman airport to villa. Transfer by taxi can be arranged by emailing Light Tours (email address supplied on request).
Travel is very cheap and easy by Dolmus (local bus). You can also hire cars locally for inland travel or long distance travel.
Distances
300m to promenade further 10 min walk to Calis town centre.
3km to Fethiye town centre & harbour or water taxi from Calis for about £1. The towns of Hisaronu & Olu Deniz are approx 10km away 30mins by bus. Hisaronu for night life, Olu Deniz for paragliding centre and blue lagoon.

£200 deposit (£100 breakage deposit refundable after hoiiday). £100 deposit non-refundable. Balance of the account to be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.
Costs do not include flights, transfers, travel insurance, car hire.
We are very sorry but we will not accept bookings from large single sex parties. If a deceptive booking is made access will not be given to the property.

Wonderful relaxing holiday, warm friendly local people. Villa has all you need, we had a brilliant time.
