A beautiful luxury detached villa in a small quiet development on a hillside with views over Marmaris to the Mediterranean Sea beyond. Set over 3 levels, it offers excellent flexible accommodation to suit a variety of party types from several couples to 1 or even 2 families. It is ideal for 8/10 but will sleep up to 12 using sofa beds. It is a 10 minute drive/bus ride from the beach/sea front, shops and nightlife of lively Marmaris, immediately to the rear of the villa lies a direct access road within a national park where you are free to walk in the shade of the trees.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week for up to 10 people in UK Pounds. Each additional person £50 per week. A discount will apply as follows: third week - 10%, 4 weeks or more - on application. A small welcome pack will be supplied free with our compliments to help get you settled after a long journey. If you would like a grocery shop done prior to your arrival, this can be arranged. Simply provide details of your requirements and reimburse our management company after arrival. Charge applies.
Changeover day
We will be as flexible as possible with change over depending on availability.

| Bathrooms: | One bathroom level 1. One bathroom level 2 with 90 cm shower. 2 en-suite bathrooms (1 level 2 with 90 cm shower, 1 level 3 with bath). All 4 bathrooms have toilet,and wash hand basin and are equipped with an electric shaver point. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, full size fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Small appliances include microwave, coffee perculator, stick blender, toaster and kettle. |
| Living Rooms: | The main living/dining room has numerous comfortable sofas (inc. sofa bed), dining table, television with scart connection, DVD and 3 sets of patio doors providing a light and airy feel while allowing access to almost 30 m2 of terrace & views of Marmaris. |
| Other: | The second living room has been equipped to suit kids of all ages and comes with sofa bed, TV, DVD, PlayStation 2, Hi Fi with CD player and a selection of CDs/DVDs/PS2 Games as well as a selection of board games and paper back books. |

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms and the living rooms are air-conditioned. Most bedrooms have access to a terrace. While there is not currently TV reception within the villa, TV sets are provided along with DVD players and at least 60 DVDs. In an attempt to accomodate young children we have provided a high chair, cot with bedding, kids plastic dish,cup and cutlery, a number of story books/DVD's and an inflatable paddling pool for any who cannot manage the large pool. For older children there are a playstation 2 with a selection of games, board games and a number of novels. A selection of outdoor furniture is provided on all terraces including loungers, chairs and tables with a wooden dining table and chairs provided on the main terrace for al-fresco dining. A cot and high chair are provided.
Smoke detectors are fitted throughout for your protection, so it is requested that smoking be confined to outdoors. Local information including contact phone numbers and places of interest is provided.
Accessibility
The villa is accessed by a few steps due to its hillside location and so is unlikely to suit those requiring a wheel chair. Anyone wanting clarification for particular mobility requirements please contact us.
Outside
The villas private pool (9.5m x 4.25m x 1.2m deep throughout) is overlooked by the main terrace. There is a purpose built barbecue and shower on the lower terrace beside the pool. There are 8 loungers with cushions and head rests, 10 chairs and various tables provided which can be used wherever required through out the spacious grounds.
A wooden dining table and chairs are provided on the main terrace for alfresco dining. There are a large number of toys including inflatables provided for use in the pool.
Coast/Beach
Apart from the beach in Marmaris which is approx a 10 minute drive/bus ride there are a number of other beautiful beaches to chose from including Icmeler and Turunc within a 40 minute drive/bus ride.
Golf
The only golf currently available in the area is a driving range and crazy golf in the Aqua park in Marmaris.
Travel
Beldibi/Marmaris is served by both Dalaman airport (transfer 90 mins) and Bodrum Milas airport (transfer 21/2 hours). Transfers can be arranged at a reasonable cost. There is a good frequent bus service available (Dolmus) for local journeys (10 min walk to nearest pick up), or for those wishing to explore Turkey’s beautiful Mediterranean coast, culture or history there are local tour operators running excursions several car hire firms for those who require more freedom.
Distances
Marmaris sea front is approximately 3 km (1 1/2 miles) away. The shops, sunday market and internet cafe of Beldibi are approximately 1km away.
Further details
Due to the elevated site, access to the property is via a flight of steps from the road/parking space to the rear at first floor level, or on foot via a few steps from the land below the house.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required, with the balance no later than 6 weeks before occupation. We will accept part payments at any time up until 6 weeks and have no problems with separate payments from individual families or group members. Book with confidence in that although there is no risk associated with the villa rental, should your airline/travel company cease trading we will if asked refund any deposit or balance paid to us in full. This will not apply to any other reason for cancellation

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Originally bought as an investment but have fallen in love with the place and want to spend as much time out there as possible unfortunately work tends to get in the way. This villa stood out from all the 30 - 40 others we looked at for both location and space.
