Notes on accommodation
The living area and both bedrooms have a dual air conditioning/heating facility.
Please note this is a no smoking apartment.
Outside
The apartment has two balconies - one large balcony off the living room and main bedroom which is ideal for dining. It is complete with patio furniture to seat up to 6 people, and 4 sunloungers. There is a small balcony off the second bedroom.
The apartment overlooks a shared swimming pool, with a small separate childrens pool set in a private garden with pool terrace and gazebo. There are sunbeds for communal use at the poolside.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach is 15 minutes walk away, and offers water sports and boat trips from the harbour.
Travel
The nearest airport is Antalya approx 1 hour from airport to apartment. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.
Distances
The town centre of Avsallar is a 10 minute walk away, with lots of bars restaurants and shops. There are also a number of nightclubs in the area. The larger resorts of Alanya and Side can be reached very cheaply by local buses (Dolmus) from the main road.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. The final payment of rental is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £100 is required with final payment. This will be returned in full if no damage. If the booking is made less 8 weeks before arrival, then full payment is required at the time of booking.

About the owner
We are Tracy and Alan Gilmour, we live in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We bought our apartment five years ago. We had visited Turkey a few times for holidays and decided it was definitely the place where we wanted our holiday retreat. We love the scenery, the people, the culture the food & of course the sunshine. I am an accountant and my husband works in IT so we need to escape a lot! We have furnished the apartment with attention to detail which we hope you will love as much we do. We try to give our guests as much help as we can regarding places to visit, restaurants, transport etc. The feedback has been great and we have had many return guests.
