Use of pools at Club Illayda (50 metres away) 2 bedrooms sleep 4 people ,with extra sleeping facilities for 2 additional people in the lounge. Balcony off lounge overlooks park.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge adjoined to kitchen comfortably furnished with U-shaped seating area. TV/DVD player. One 3/4 size sofabed and a proper put-u-up fold out bed with single bed matress. Both can sleep adults as well as children. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. |
| Other: | Balcony adjoining living room, separated by sliding patio doors, with pine table and 4 chairs. Can also be accessed by main bedroom door so as not to disturb any occupants in the lounge. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bedding provided, with enough spares to change yourselves to last 2 weeks. Maid service not included (visits after vacating property only) maid service can be arranged for during your stay if required at an additional cost of £30 per visit. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms are fully air conditioned. Apartment/balcony suitable for children, but adult supervision is required if they are using roof terrace. Has safety rail but it is 3 storeys up and therefore is potentially dangerous.

Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobility needs as there is no lift to apartment, and access to block is down a set of 4 steps.
Outside
Set in gardens. Use of 2 beautiful pools at nearby Club Ilayda complex(only 50 metres away), including water slide/children's pools. Sun loungers and table/chairs provided on the beautiful private sun roof terrace, a lovely place to watch the sun go down over the pine clad mountains with a cold beer!
Coast/Beach
15-20 minutes walk to beach or main harbour, although local bus and taxi service within 100 metres from apartment. Marmaris harbour is famed for its shopping in the vast "Bazaar", with its hundreds of shops selling "Genuine Fake" designer labels, leather goods and jewelry. The beautiful promenade stretches right around the bay with its many bars and restaurants.
Travel
Transfer time from Dalaman Airport is approximately 90 minutes to Marmaris. Our local managing agents can arrange this if required (the advantage of this is that the driver can give you the keys to the apartment). Cost is not included in apartment rental (additional cost is £100 return for up to 4 people - subject to change with fuel costs please confirm with booking).

Just over 1.0km to main Marmaris Harbour and beach- can be walked.
Further details
Marmaris has everything for everyone, from a quiet relaxing holiday to water sports and discos and bars - you choose!The people are very friendly and are the main reason why people return year after year. It is also still very reasonably priced for food and drink compared to other European destinations. Water sports, horse riding, Jeep or quad safaris, village tours, water slide parks, boat trips (including to Rhodes 1 hour away), fishing, diving etc are all available locally.
