It is one of only two the lower duplex also having its own pool. It has a dining terrace, poolside terrace, lounge balcony and roof terrace all with great bay views. A short walk from a great beach club with timber decked bathing platforms and parasols as well as all watersports and a free water taxi across the bay to the Old Town.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible although tends to be Mondays or Fridays due to the frequency of flights from the UK into Dalaman on these days.

Accommodation is fully air-conditioned and also has electric underfloor heating for use in the cooler months.

Small private garden with own swimming pool, four sun loungers and adjustable canopy to the side of the apartment which can provide shade when needed.
Dining table and chairs provided on dining terrace for al fresco meals and sun loungers on the roof terrace for the real sun worshippers!
Coast/Beach
Five minutes walk to the local beach club which offers most water sports as well as sun bathing, steps into the turqouise Mediterranean and a free water taxi across the bay into the Old Town.
Alternatively, a five minute taxi ride will take you into Kalkan in the evening for those special meals in the rooftop restaurants.
Travel
Dalaman Airport has recently been extended and modernised and is around 1hr 30 minutes away by transfer or your own hire car, both of which we can assist you with.
Although not essential with the cheap availability of public transport and taxis, car hire is useful to fully appreciate the beauty of this historic part of Turkey at your own pace.
Distances
Approximately 1 km to the centre of Kalkan.
A couple of minutes walk to the local shop and a couple of local restaurants.
Further details
A great range of shops, bars and restaurants available in Kalkan itself with a good, busy market on Thursdays.

A non-refundable £100 deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
