On small gated complex with nice pool, Satellite TV, all furnishings and fittings are brand new. There is a fully equipped dining kitchen and bathroom. Outside
Gardens around apartments, outdoor furniture supplied with apartment. Gated complex.
Coast/Beach
The apartments are only a 5 minute walk to the main beach and the 3rd beach. There are 3 beaches within a 10 minute walk and some nice, quiet coves where you can eat freshly caught fish and have a glass of wine or beer. Lovely sun terrace.
Travel
Nearest Airport is Bodrum approx 1hr 10min from Altinkum.
I can arrange transfers through my estate agent/factor at a very competitive price and they are also 100% reliable.
You do not need a car to get about, nearly all amenities are within walking distance or you can try one of the small dolmus buses approx 40 pence to most places.
Distances
You can walk to Aydin or take a 5 minute bus ride there.
Apollo Temple and Saturday market also a 5 minute bus ride.
Aqua Park will take you 10 minutes to get there and well worth it, you and the kids will love your day out there, I know I have on many occasions!
Further details
There are small local shops you can get all your groceries etc within 150 mtrs of the complex, close by internet cafe.
There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, shops within a 5-10 walk, also Turkish baths, hairdressers, beauty salons etc. This apartment has been added to complement my 2 other apartments on the Sultan Way complex. Ref TK98.
Booking notes
Deposit to be paid to confirm booking and balance to be paid a minimum of 6 weeks before departure date. A £50 damage Security Deposit is also required and will be returned to you after inspection of apartment on your departure. Long term lease, inclusive of all electric, water bills.

Hi, we are Fraser & Shibo Mitchell live in Aberdeen
Scotland and have enjoyed Holidays in Turkey for the past 10 years and now own 2 apartments in Altinkum.
We have 3 children and all love the apartments and
swimming pools & complex.
The 2 Bed Apartment is on the 1st Floor close to the Beach and Dolphin Square.
We have many friends who live out there and who
look after our apartments and customers when were not there.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought this apartment because of its closeness
to the Main Beach and Dolphin Square which is the main
area in altinkum.
The apartment is approx a 5 - 8 minute walk from the
Beach so no noise from bars ect,there's a small sun
terrace that,s perfect for sun bathing or just sitting
out and relaxing with a Glass of wine and keeping a
eye on the kids in the pool.
