The villa is divided into 2 parts the main villa has 2 bedrooms and large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Separate from the villa are the Roman rooms which comprises of 1 double bedroom and a large twin bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have uninterrupted views of the sea. There is a large infinity swimming pool with overflowing water into a plunge pool, and a large sunbathing terrace fully equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and various comfortable seating areas to enjoy the beautiful views and to take time to watch the magnificent sunsets. There are breathtaking sea views of Kalkan harbour and bay from all rooms. The bedrooms have balconies with table and chairs for enjoying the sun and the beautiful gardens surrounding the villa. The villa boasts of two terraces, a pool area and sweeping stairs that take you to the sun lounge terrace where you relax reading a book or watching the water sports and boats go by.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Above prices include return transfers from Dalaman to Kalkan for upto 8 people.
Changeover day
Transfer days are Fridays, and would like property vacated by midday to allow for cleaning in perperation for new clients this may not be necessary if the villa is not booked directly after yourselves.

Maid service every 3 days. House linen and towels provided. Air conditioning in all the rooms, telephone for local use and internet service with ADSL. Fresh bread delivery every morning plants are watered every day and pool cleaned on daily basis. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for children and ideal for 2 separate families or separate couples or a large family. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to villa not suitable for disabled people.

Outside
In the grounds we have a barbecue area, table and chairs for 8 people private swimming pool. There are 8 sun loungers and 2 sets of seating area one by the pool and second on the lounge terrace. There is a WC off the lounge area and a separate WC outside on the lounge area terrace.
Coast/Beach
Patara beach is 15 mins drive from kalkan known as one of the ten best beaches in the world, and Kaputas beach is a must visit its like a blue lagoon there is a beach in town, platformed sunbathing areas by the sea, water skiing, surfing, sailing, scuba diving available.. There is a beach club within few minutes walk from the villa.
Golf
Unfortunately the nearest golf courses are in Antalya which is about 3 hour drive from Kalkan. However they are talking about building one in Patara in the near future, which is half hour drive
Special interest holidays
There is lots of interests in and around Kalkan mainly archiology. Scuba diving, various types of water sports,main beach is in Patara which is 20 mins drive there, is regular bus service to beach from kalkan, Kapuytas beach is a must visit its an absolutely beautiful lagoon beach one again 15 mins bus journey from Kalkan.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman which is about 1 hour 40 minutes drive to Kalkan.
Distances
Nearest town Kalkan which is 10 mins walk also Kas is approx half hour drive along the coastline with fantastic views and Fethiye which is 1 hour drive where they have a large market on Tuesdays.
Further details
The views are magnificent the village still maintains its charm and the old character with cobbled streets and old Greek houses, many people are still trying to keep Kalkan a secret. Kalkan is not short of restaurants and they are all of good quality you will be spoilt for choice, there is a local market on Thursdays where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetable. There are few nice bars and souvenir shops, also there are several supermarkets for general shopping.
Booking notes
Deposit of 40% deposit is required to reserve weeks required which is non refundable and balance is due 6 weeks before departure. We do not take a deposit for breakages but also ask you to treat the property as it's your own, with respect.
Guest comments
The villa was first rented during the summer of 2006, and everybody loved it those who came for a week wished they booked for two weeks, and there are several clients who are coming back next year as they loved it so much. The view from the villa is magnificent.
