There are sunbathing areas, covered and uncovered terrace and a very large roof terrace ideal for eating al fresco.

There is a large private swimming pool, 8.5m x 4.2m. The pool is fully enclosed by railings.
Coast/Beach
The harbour front and beach is a 15 minute walk from the villa. There are over 15 blue flag beaches in the surrounding areas, some within a 10 min drive of the villa. You can access them by car or on the local mini buses. Many of the beaches are excellent for scuba diving and surfing.

Cesme is known as a world class spa centre due to its healing hot and cold thermal springs.
Travel
Cesme a 50 minute drive on the motorway from Izmir Airport. Transfer or car hire can be arranged for you.
Distances
Cesme is surrounded by many beautiful towns. Ilica (7km) has great beaches and the village of Alacati (11km) has a local market on a Saturday, a smaller market is held is Cesme on a Sunday as well as a world class surf centre. The Greek Island of Chos is 8 km away and can be accessed by ferry on a daily basic during the high session.

Not only is Cesme an attractive holiday resort it also has many historical regions and artifacts such as the castle in Cesme, the Haralambos church, the Arap Baba tomb, Karaoy ancient settlement area, Kopru bridge, Ertythral and Dalyan and Baba bays.
