Mimosa apartments are located on the Ovacik/Hisaronu border. Ovacik is the most popular residential area in Oludeniz because of the refreshing mountain breezes, stunning views and proximity to Hisaronu and Fethiye respectively. The apartments are in a privately owned complex of 9 villas each with 2 apartments, an upper 2 bedroomed and a lower 4 bedroomed apartment. The site is set off the main Fethiye/Oludeniz road so is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic on the road around the site.The site is located 2 mins walk from local shops, 2 mins walk from local bus/dolmus stops. The resort of Hisaronu is 10 mins walk away and Fethiye can be reached by Dolmus in 20 mins. The world famous Oludeniz Lagoon is also located nearby and is 15 mins away by dolmus.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. No extra charge for bank holidays, half terms or Christmas dates. The price includes cleaning and laundry after your stay, all electric and air-conditioning in the apartments and some payment towards the upkeep of the pool and garden maintenance.

| This apartment contains 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains 1 double bed and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. For a larger party the living room also has a bed-settee to accommodate 2 extra guests. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped containing washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker/hob and microwave. All bedrooms and living area are fully air conditioned. The living room has a TV with Playstation 2/DVD player for your use whilst on holiday. An assortment of DVD and games are available, please bring your own if required. Clean bedlinen and towels are provided for use within the apartment only. Please supply your own beach towels. A hairdryer is provided. Notes on accommodation
E Block is situated in a 9 block complex with a large individually shaped shared swimming pool with slide surrounded by sun terraces. There is also a jacuzzi and gymnasium for shared use. There is also a small individually shaped shallow children's pool. The main pool is lit at night giving a nice romantic setting for an alfresco evening meal on the terrace or balcony. The complex has grassed well maintained gardens with a selection of fruit trees and palm trees.
Outside
The 2 bedroom apartment comes with the usage of 6 sun beds and 6 chairs with table. There are umbrellas for some shade whilst relaxing by the pool. The 4 bedroom apartment comes with the usage of 6 sun bed and 8 chairs and table. There are umbrellas for some shade whilst relaxing by the pool.
Coast/Beach
There is a wealth of activities which can be booked from the various agencies in and around Ovacik and Hisaronu. These include, but this is not a complete list, paragliding from Babadag mountains to land in Oludeniz, as this is a premier venue for this activity, jeep safari, white water rafting and walking, the Lycian Way is nearby whilst the pine forests provide great picnic locations.

Other great location to visit whilst you are on holiday include the great archaeological site of Ephesus and Pamukkale, Ancient Telmessos, around the island boat trips, Butterfly Valley, Dalyan tours, the eerie Kayakoy or 'ghost village', Salikent Gorge, Gocek the infamous sailing spot, there is also a Sunday Market a boat trip away. Ferry to Rhodes for the day. There is also the Hisaronu Monday market and the huge and not to be missed Fethiye Tuesday market. Here you can buy local fresh produce and grab a bargain if you brave enough to barter with the stall holders!
Booking notes
Full payment is required 12 weeks prior to start of holiday. A non-refundable deposit/booking fee of £50 per week is required. A £100 refundable bond to be paid to cover for any damage.
