Although just a 5 minute walk from the town and beach, the apartment is in a quiet area surrounded by mandarin groves and fruit orchards. The property is well equipped and furnished to a high standard, benefitting from air conditioning in all rooms. The front terrace overlooks the swimming pools and provides views of the spectacular sunset over the distant mountains. There is also a shared roof terrace with 360 degree views of the sea and mountains.

Outside
All of the apartments are built around the shared swimming pool and there is plenty of outside space for sunloungers.
Coast/Beach
The beach in Yalikavak is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are many beach clubs and restaurants in Tilkicik Bay within a 15 minute walk.
For those hiring a car there are many beautiful beaches and coves in either direction along the coast.
Travel
Bodrum Milas airport is about a 40 minute drive along a beautiful coastal road. Assistance with transfers can be arranged at the time of booking and cost approximately £40 for 4 people. Prices for larger parties can be provided. Due to the location of the apartment car hire is not essential but we can provide help with arranging this is required.
There is a large taxi rank in Yalikavak Town and a bus station where you can catch a dolmus to other parts of the peninsular.
Distances
Yalikavak and it's many restaurants along the water front is just a 5 minute walk. The newly built luxurious marina with restaurants, shops and cinema is a 15 minute walk through Yalikavak Town. The large town of Bodrum is a 20 minute drive away and provides many attractions, including the beautiful harbour and castle.
Further details
There are local supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and shops selling souvenirs and local craft items all within walking distance. Larger supermarkets are within a 3 minute drive.
The restaurants in Yalikavak provide a range of food to suit all tastes, including fresh fish, traditional turkish cuisine and high quality international dishes.
Boat trips can be arranged along the water front and these offer excellent value for money.
The water park is a 15 minute drive and is a great family day out.
