Villa Meena is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa on the exclusive Kas peninsular. The villa also has an open plan loft room with sofa bed which may be used as an additional bedroom (suitable for children only). The villa is located approximately 100m from the sea, there is access to various swimming platforms and steps into the sea. Villa Meena has its own private infinity pool offering stunning sunset views over the sea. The house is modern and furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas, a handmade internal dining table and external marble dining table. The villa has been built using local materials, marble, granite and cedar wood. Three of the bedrooms have their own balconies with sea views. The bedrooms are furnished with handmade beds and built in wardrobes. There are two en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bath and shower, the second en suite has a shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a large shower.

Linen and towels (beach towels excluded) are included. A weekly clean is provided, additional cleaning may be arranged as required. |

We can arrange very reasonable car hire which includes a driver meeting you at the airport, driving you to the villa and arranging drop off of your hire car.

Accessibility
Access to the villa is via steps from a lower road which would not be suitable for very young children or people with mobility problems.
Outside
The villa is located on a hillside and has a small garden of stepped flower beds, fruit trees and other plants. There is also a sun terrace and balcony with marble table for external dining. The swimming pool is 8x5m. There are steps in the shallow end which is 1.2m, the deep end is 1.9m. There are loungers and parasol around the pool.
Coast/Beach
Kas has two pebble beaches which provide pleasant spots for a swim, easily reached by car.
There are stunning beaches further afield that may be reached by car, dolmus or taxi. Kaputas – very beautiful sandy cove which lies at the opening of a striking mountain gorge, no shade, so take precautions, approx 20 minutes away.
The very well known Patara beach is about a 30 min drive away.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport (1.5 - 2 hour's away), Antalya is also an option (2.5 - 3 hours). There are restaurants on the peninsular within walking distance but if you prefer to go into Kas town you can pick up a small dolmus bus to Kas which leaves every hour during the summer. The bus pickup point is very close to the apartment. Car hire can be arranged, you will be picked up at the airport and driven to the villa.
Distances
Kas town is a 10 minute drive or a 35-45 minute walk. Kalkan is 30 min drive; Patara Beach 45 min drive; Fethiye 1 hour drive; Kekova 25 min drive; Olympus is a 2 hour drive away.
Further details
Kas is a small picturesque harbour town in a lovely bay under the sheer green Taurus mountains. A world apart from the overcrowded tourist resorts, it still has its typical scenery, small houses with wooden balconies, cobbled streets, traditional market and attractive harbour with fishing boats. There are many excellent and varied restaurants, tea gardens, bars and cafes, craft and clothes shops. Activities include scuba diving, gullet trips, paragliding and trekking. There are many historical remains to explore including the amazing rock tombs, sarcophagi and the Kas amphitheatre.
Booking notes
At time of booking a non-refundable holding deposit of 20% will be required with the balance being payable 8 weeks before your holiday start date. A £200 returnable damages deposit is required.
